Long time customer and I have to say the service has definitely declined in recent months. I called yesterday to let them know the mobile app is crashing non stop on my Samsung phone. I had already tried all of the normal fixes. Lisa said she would contact IT and call me right back. That didn't happen and now Lisa is out all week. Also, the new app gets horrible reviews because it seems to be continually crashing for a lot of customers. With no mobile app, this service is useless to me. I'm the past I've had some bad experiences with some of the "bigger banks" and being treated like I'm just a number but Heritage Bank and Trust in Columbia treats me like I'm as important to them as anyone else. When I decided to build my retirement home in Columbia, I spoke with Chris Haywood and he walked me through the steps necessary to secure my financing to do so. He has (very patiently) explained to me things I haven't understood and never once acted like he had too much going on to help me! I'm fact, every person I've dealt with when I've come in to the bank has treated me like a friend! I always leave smiling!!
