I had a problem with my Oasis hot water heater periorder heater. No one else would help me and I'll and I pulled off the highway and they fixed Me up liquidity split. I was so grateful and appreciative. Customer service at its best when no one else does it anymore

My wife, two young kids, dog and I were in a bind being 5 hours away from our hometown. We recently started full time RVing and had some plumbing and electrical issues. The amazing team at Here or There RV Repair made us a priority and got us in within a few days. All issues were resolved within the same day including new tires which we didn't plan, but noticed was much needed. If you are in need of RV servicing and are in the area, this is a MUST USE repair shop!

Very rude had my slide out fixed on my rv they just laid over my old floor didn't even take out the old nails just added more Very unprofessional

Absolutely the best rv repair shop in Hendricks county (Indy west side). Fair and honest with great pricing for work done. Traveling through from Montana going home to Florida they solved our problems.

These guys work on just about anything that has wheels but if course RV's are their specialty. Eric was very helpful, got me in and out in a timely fashion even gave me direction on my camper roof even though it wasn't what I went there for. I would definitely go back & also recommend Here or There.

The main door to the camper unlocked and left open. They lost the battery cover for our battery. My husband was quoted to different prices for our forever warrenty inspection. Antifreeze was all over the counter from them testing water and dewinterizing. Sloppy!

Friendly and honest service put us on the road with our (new to us) Motorhome ! The reasonable price on the 90 point inspection put us at ease with our purchase. The repairs needed were completed quickly. The wonderful staff were just what this newbie needed to step into the realm of first time RV owner! They saved us both time and money !!!!!

This place rocks!!! My step-father was stranded on the side of the highway with locked RV brakes. Apparently a pin connector had disengage and got lost in his journey (his words..not the mechanics...in case I said that incorrectly). My step-father didn't know how to fix the situation without the part, and couldn't abandon the trailer in the middle of the road. I called several places within 20miles of my step-father while he contacted a state trooper. This was the ONLY place where an actual person answered the phone (and on the 2nd ring)! And on top of that he called my step-father directly, so he could talk him through a temporary solution to get off the hwy safely. You just don't get great human service like this anymore, so if you need some place knowledgeable, kind, and helpful with you're trailer and RV needs...I would say without hesitation to call this location.

We paid $1,800 for a 90-point inspection and to fix a vent on the roof that was leaking on our camper in late March. Before our first trip May, my husband discovered that the water filter was cracked (would have been discovered during an inspection of the water flow). Then when we got the part, my husband tried to run water through the camper and found a leak where a hose had broken in the bathroom (something that also would have been discovered during a 90-point inspection). So we had to drive back to the dealer and pay $180 to fix it. When we camped last weekend, it started raining and leaking in the camper from the same vent we had paid to get fixed. When we got home and called, they asked us to bring the camper back a third time. We refused so they sent a repair guy to our house to fix it. Luckily, they didn’t charge us a second time to fix what they were supposed to do in the first place. I would not waste your time or money here. They are very unreliable.

I was beyond lucky to find these guys! We were staying at Camp Jellystone, Lake Monroe (Bloomington). My wife and the golf cart had an incident with the camper's awning. I got a hold of these guys 10 minutes before they closed on a Saturday morning. And they still made the hour trip to us in order to make the repair. I'm very pleased with my experience with these guys, and I will definitely keep them on speed dial in case I ever need them again.
