Henry County Pawn & Gun Eagles Landing Pkwy, Stockbridge

This Pawn Shop had been closed prior to me picking up what I had in Pawn for an entire week. They opened a day after my due date to pick up my pawned merchandise and this so called manager told me I was late. I pawned 2 Lawn mowers in excellent condition and I cannot believe they charged late fees when I had been there everyday for a week to pick them up early. His excuse was “Sir I can’t change what’s in the computer “ Lol.. ya’ll been closed due to Covid 19. Never go to this place if you have to borrow a few dollars. “NEVER”!!!

we are a pawnshop in lovejoy, that said, background checks are done when picking the gun up from the store not when item is pawned. Also, the address on the customers license has got to be there current address it clearly states that on the gun form. Seems like this customer is the one discrimiinating against the store employee who was just doing his job. Stop screaming discrimination. Your In the wrong! Go get your correct address on your license which by law your supposed to within 30 days of changing residences and pay on your pawn and it won't get taken from you.

Best pawn shop ever!!!!! Jonathan was very good and helpful. Prices are the best in town!Will definitely be purchasing from them again.

After going get my gun out of pawn to get there and found out they sold it while I was making payments on time. I was upset because they didn’t contact me before selling it. So I walked in to purchase another firearm and was denied because of my address was in another county. I was treated unfairly and definitely discriminated against. The white guy told me go somewhere else they can sell you one but I’m not. Remind you I pawn a gun here just a month ago why wasn’t I denied then ? I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this place.

Wheres andy?Went in to get my pawn out today and was told that i needed to get a background check to get it back in the snobbiest way ever. Filled out the form , then he proceeds to tell me that the system was down. I sat at the store for an hour "waiting for the system to come back up" with no luck . I eventually went home and called repetitive to see if the system had come back up and once again the answer was no and he also stated that he would call me when it was. It is now 7:05 pm and no contact. Today i felt a couple of emotions from my visit but most of all i felt profiled and swindled.iwill go back consisitently with the due amount in hopes that i could gain my weapon back so that i can discontinue my services here and probably will never pawn another weapon because of freak occurrences as such are now a thing

Andy is awesome he made me feel very comfortable with his knowledge and patience.

Went twice today once at 10 and again at 5 and they weren't open....i understand life happens. Don't let it effect your customers
