    As a first time (new) car buyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The entire process was great. The trade in and negotiating was fairly easy. The financing step was amazing.     Went for my routine oil and filter change for my CR-V and had the pleasure to meet Armando, as I awaited on my car’s service. Super knowledgeable, not pushy, and willing to work with us the best way he could given the worldly circumstances.     This is why I avoid dealership at all cost even for oil change. If they can't do simple oil change right, how can I trust them to do bigger jobs? Plus my life is on the line when I drive on the road. Would they care, no. I had issues with my audio screen. It showed "software update". Went in to get it checked. Got there around 11.10 am . I didn't get out till about 3 pm. Issue unresolved. They had to get a new unit. Anyway, since I was there,oil change was due, I got my oil change thinking it was a simple job. My advisor came told the usual, we will be doing multi-inspection, etc. I was already frustrated waiting for so long, I drove off the lot without checking if my engine oil was set to 100%. Sure enough it wasn't set to 100%, it was the same when I came in at 30% As Iwas driving home, Tire Pressure Low signal came on. Now this Makes me wonder if they did anything all. Customer service wasn't that great either. Oh yes, I drove an hour to this place because I bought my car from here thinking service would be good.Disappointed but hope this helps someone else. Update: Good to know the service director responded. It wouldn't be fair if I didn't leave an update. I am glad they fixed the audio unit. Out-of-pocket would have been $681-ish. They got the engine oil indicator back to 100%. Kinda bummed because the "Low Tire Pressure" light came back on as I was nearing home. I did pay for Tire rotation. No issues with the tires. Wondering if the tires weren't calibrated properly after the tire rotation. Makes me nervous on the road. If they did everything right, I would have gone back for the 120k mile service.

    1/8/22 When I arrived at Hennessy Honda I was met by Vincent. I informed him as to what I was specifically looking for on their lot. Prior to my visit I had seen the "specific" car I was looking for. Vincent took me right to it. I was sold as soon as I saw it. I had a similar experience 27 years ago. That was the last time I had purchased my previous Honda. It was difficult to part with it because I had had it so many years and put on 507,000 miles but excited for my new Honda. Vincent and Kyle made it all very smooth and easy. Kyle went through all the documents within 30 minutes. Signed all the forms and I was now a proud owner of a 2022 Honda Civic Sport Sedan. I was out of Hennessy Honda within a couple hours. Thank you Vincent and Kyle for a warm and smooth experience at Hennessy Honda. I highly recommend to anyone looking for "your" Honda to check them out first.

    A few days ago I found a car that I was interested in, made an appointment and I’m very satisfied with my experience. My salesman Tim was professional , friendly, courteous and made sure that all of my questions and concerns during my purchase were taken care off. The financial part went great as well, thanks to Matt the financial manager. In as little as 3 hours I was done with test drive, approval, purchase and even got assistance to return the rental which I used until I bought my new Honda HRV.

    The service was phenomenal!! I had went in one afternoon and was helped by a gentleman. He showed me some CRVs but what I was looking for, they did not have in stock. He told me it was on a truck and it was to be delivered a few days after my visit. Once I saw on their website that it was delivered, I called and was helped by Katia. She was great! She showed me the car and we started bargaining. Once we set on a deal, Kyle came and assisted with all the financing and paperwork. Both Kyle and Katia were amazing and both stayed late that night helping me with closing on my new car. I would definitely recommend Hennessy Honda a million times. Thank you so much!!!

    Overall great and painless car buying experience. Our sales person was patient, responsive, and answered all of our questions and tried to get every discount available.     I have bought and owned several vehicles in my lifetime, but I have to say that when I went to Hennessy Honda of Woodstock to purchase my new Honda Accord, it was by far the easiest of transactions yet! Earlier this week, I took my vehicle in for the first scheduled service appointment and my service advisor, Kevin, was SUPER friendly, helpful and accomodating!     Went in to see about getting my wife into a CR-V. She’s been driving Corollas for about 10 years now and we were ready to upgrade her car. Vincent was our sales guy and Michael was the sales manager. They were AMAZING in showing us two different CR-V models and explaining all their features. They ended up giving us a fantastic deal on not only the one we wanted, but also on my wife’s trade-in. In fact, everything was so easy and amazing that I ended up buying a car for myself too! We are so happy we went there; can’t recommend the dealer, and those two guys in particular, enough!

    My wife and I bought a brand new Honda Odyssey from them in 2019 when the military moved us here. Fast forward only a little over 2 years and water is collecting INSIDE the rear hatch. The warranty expired at 36k miles, so they were going to charge us more than $400.00 to reseal Honda’s poor construction. The back hatch is operated by a button, so nothing we could have done would have caused this fault with the rear hatch. Being understanding and dedicated to customer service, the service manager agreed to stand by the vehicle they sold us, and Hennessy Honda paid for the repair. We will use Hennessy for all of our service needs.

    Just moved to GA and needed a new car. I shopped around and landed on Hennessy. I spoke with them on the phone before coming in and scheduled a test drive for the car I was looking at - a 2021 Accord. The car was exactly as described online and on the phone and was waiting for me to test drive upon my arrival. The sales people were friendly and did not put pressure on me at all. Was an easy and enjoyable experience.

    Went into dealership to see a used truck for sale. Was greeted by a salesman David. Went and drove the truck. When I went inside I asked the salesman for the out the door price. He told me a ballpark figure. Didn't want to print it out with real numbers. A couple days later I email an offer. No response. So I email the internet sales manager. No response. Finally I email the used car sales director. Then the internet sales manager has someone respond to me. They didn't like my offer and I went on. Couple days later I reach out to original salesman and ask how far apart are we on price. He tells me the price of the truck out the door ballpark again. So no negotiation on price. I honestly believe they think I can't afford or I am not serious about purchasing. Which are both far from the truth. My offer was in line with other dealers in the south. One would think they would want to negotiate a deal on a $65k vehicle.

    Came to this dealership for a used 18 Honda Accord Sport. Reasonable price online, but had all kinds of additional accessories that were non negotiable to boost the price..That made me feel mislead by the online price. They installed a dash cam that is not optional and mandatory to be in all their cars per Tim, but they charge you almost 2k for it... Then added $665 to the price that included nitrogen in the tires and window tint that was installed when they sold it to a previous owner. I asked to speak with the GM about my options on a NO FINANCE purchase and was denied that option too.. READ your vehicle buyer's order for hidden costs people.. This experience seemed like one of the biggest scams in used car sales.. HONDA should look into this

    The service on my wife’s van was quick and reasonably priced. The best part… they didn’t try to give my wife the runaround and tack on the “girl tax” so many places try to get away with.

    Got a check engine light, and took my car into the service department. They claimed my catalytic converter needed to be replace ($1000 plus repair) and that I won't pass my emissions test. Also they claim they found another $3000 worth of oil leaks and repairs. I was suspicious and decided to hold off on the repair. Next day engine light turned off and I decided to get an emission test to check if they said was true. Pass with flying colors. They either were lying to me or are incompetent, either way I will not be returning to them and will be looking for another mechanic.

    We recently purchased a new Honda Accord from Hennesy Honda. Salesman Armando Riva was very thorough in explaining all of the MANY features on these new Hondas and really took the time to make sure this was a great car buying experience. We cross shopped some competition (Camry), just to be sure we would make the right decision. After test driving 2 new Camrys we rushed back to Honda to buy the Accord. Ride quality, engine smoothness and the features are far superior in the Honda. I would highly recommend Armando and Hennesy Honda to friends and family.

    My sales associate (Carlos Torres) was awesome. He listened to me, suggested items with explanations and explained the car to me. I was at another dealership prior to coming to Hennesy Honda and the experience there was not as pleasant as with Hennesy. One thing I have to say about Carlos Torres is.......Thank You! Carlos's attitude and demeanor exemplified the comfort, ease and pleasant drive of the Honda Accord I purchased.     My husband contacted Hennessy Honda of Woodstock this past Sunday about a used vehicle we were interested in test driving. He spoke with a rep named Dave who told him that we would be unable to come test drive it because they needed to diagnose an issue with the car that they believe to just be a bad battery. They would be replacing the battery on Monday, and he said he would contact us back. My husband text him Monday (he did not contact us as stated), and he said he did not have an update yet. No news Tuesday, no news Wednesday. My husband again texted Dave this morning - no response. He decided to call again, and he was able to speak to another salesman. The car was sold this morning. Not sure if Dave just doesn't want to sell cars or if he just has the worst customer service known to man? Dave did finally text back AFTER we already found out the car had sold and let us know that it would not be available. Thanks Dave!

    Had a multipoint vehicle inspection here prior to purchase. They checked off on A/C working well however, it did not work. This is also apparently a common problem in my CRV so I would think they would pay special attention to this being they are a Honda dealership. I attempted to get in contact with the service department lead because they included a letter asking about my satisfaction. I was unable to get them after 2 calls and a voicemail on separate days. I write this to say be cautious if you use their services. Update: I called to "resolve this" and was able to talk to someone. However, they stated that I would be responsible for repairs despite the A/C not working prior to bringing it in and being checked off as working.

    Absolutely loved the service I received! Katia was my sales rep and she made me feel extremely comfortable and not like she was trying to sell me a car. She knew the car inside and out and showed me key features that were important to me. She listened! Katia was a pleasure to work with and I enjoyed my experience (and the car) so much, I bought another one for my husband 6 months later. I refer all my family and friends and I don’t plan on buying a car from anyone else. 5 star service!     Went to have an oil change. They said my tire needed to be patched, my tail bulb needed to be fixed, and my battery needed to be replaced. While patching the tire, they broke part of it, and fixed it for free. Whole process took 3 hours. Luckily, the oil change was free since it took so long. I understandably still had to pay for them to patch my tire and change the bulb (told them to wait on the battery). Every customer I waited with got a free car wash at the end of their service except me. When I asked them if I could get my free wash, they said it's not routine. Went to Advance Auto Parts to have them look at my battery, and they said it was running perfectly, no need to have it replaced. When taking my car to another Honda place for its next oil change, they found out the last person to do it (Hennessy Honda) broke a bolt and glued it back on, getting glue everywhere. This was very expensive to fix. I will not be returning to Hennessy Honda. Wish I could get a refund.

    We planned our whole weekend around making the long hike from Charlotte to this dealership to pick up a car that we had already settled on, went through the financing process, booked a hotel, the whole nine yards. We also offered to put up a large deposit for security. Two days before we were supposed to go pick the car up, we were told, "oops, we sold it." No courtesy call, nothing. We were told they "don't hold cars," but perhaps a little good moral practice could go a long way with showing humanity. Would not recommend.

    I thoroughly had a great experience! I worked with Leo who was so helpful and informative. I was nervous coming in as a single woman afraid of being taken advantage of by a car salesman! When the service MGR was briefing me on what they did during the service he mentioned to me that it appeared that I had an oil change recently and for that reason, I was not charged for another oil change.     Sadly I was excited until I left and realized I was so dead tired after the whole “buying” process, which we know is games of the money and how much they can push, that I didn’t realize I got played. The amount the sales person wrote down and we agreed to was not the final amount. The finance guy Kyle tried to clean it up with a lot of finance auto sales talk, I honestly was too tired to care. I was tired, my children was tired, we had been there over 4hrs. We were hungry, pressured on borrowed time with the rental and they knew that. My advice, make sure you go when you’re not tired. And make the sales person write down that amount on paper, show it to the finance people (swindlers, we call them) and make sure it matches BEFORE you sign. Don’t listen to all the fancy talk. Find out what they’re adding to your car as there may be some things that are not included like mats, tinting, camera’s, etc. If you want those things make sure that’s included in your final price. Don’t take your children as their frustration & irritation can make you just hurry it all up. Please learn from my grave mistake. The only thing I am happy with is I got the car I wanted, to bad I woke up with buyer’s regrets when I saw the financial numbers game and realized I was too tired the night before to spot it then. BE ALERT AND IF YOU CAN HAVE someone with you who knows how to swim with sharks. Sadly, I didn’t.

    Car was having troubles starting but everything was fine with it. They replaced the battery and when I got the car back I have three dash lights on including the check engine. I call back and am told I have to pay another $100 in order for them to look at it again. They do and tell me it’s my timing chain which would be believable except my timing chain has been the same since I got the car and no lights have ever come on and the car makes a super loud noise now when driving it. Will not ever return. Not sure how you can replace a battery and ruin a car.

    What an INCREDIBLE experience. I had spent the day prior at another dealership and had been so jaded, and showed up here after seeing a car online I liked. Jacob was my sales person, and he was SO great. Patient, informative, straightforward. I never felt misled, and my expectations were always managed. Greg was the financing guy we worked with, and he, too, was amazing. Explained everything so it made sense. Explained all of the add-on options, but never felt pressured, and I ended up adding them because it made sense! I left with my 2019 Sienna for my family and NO stress!! I couldn’t say enough good things about this dealership. The care they have for the customers is awesome. Thank you for everything!!!

    Took my 2006 Honda to get diagnosed after telling me I needed a whole new transmission, after filing with my extended warranty, which said they would cover$1,750.00 worth. The dealership quotes me $8,700.00. SMH, Never heard of such an outrageous price on such an older vehicle..

    Nearly a perfect experience. The sales team was great and very easy to work with. No pressure, very knowledgeable on the car which is an Accord hybrid. We’re able to reach a fair price that I was happy with. Only negative was the finance guy who insisted that I had no choice but to purchase a number of services that I knew I didn’t have to agree to and didn’t want. I nearly walked out on the deal but the GM came to rescue it. I’ve been very happy with the vehicle and the one service trip I have had there.

    Wow. This place is nice! The staff is nice and the cars are very well taken care of. With my allergies, we have to find a car that has never been smoked in and they went to sniff the car before we got here. Even if we don't get a car from here, I would 100% check them out. Also, ask for Tim, he was really sweet and knowledgeable. JUST SO EVERYONE KNOWS: They are open the last two Sundays of the month from 12:30-6.

    Update: Sarah from guest relegations reached out to me apologized for my experience and assured me that she will get to the bottom of this issue. Thanks Sarah! ****************** I have used Hennessy Honda service bunch of times, but today’s experience is on different level. Worst service, Below is my experience After the service, while returning from service center we heard some kind of sound coming from car even at 20miles per hour. Once we returned home we looked underneath the car and found cover plate below is hanging which is touching the road all the while. I called immediately to device center and reported it, they asked to return to service center and they will take a look. Going back in that car is the most horrible experience that several thought running into my mind(what if the continuous touch of the metal plate on the road would start sparks) The service Advisor took Care of it but how can that happen in the first place. He said a clip is missing when it arrived but I didn’t have any problem until I gave them the car and if clip is missing shouldn’t I be notified and given a heads up before handing over the car? Why didn’t I have same issue with missing clip when I gave for them? This is something that is not internal , which is obviously visible during final checks of car before returning it. I am so disappointed

    10/10 recommend! I usually go to my local Honda for my vehicles, but with this shortage of cars I had to look else where! (Best decision) Ms.Julie is an absolute doll! I live about 2 hours away, so I had to keep up to date with what cars were available. With this being said Julie went above and beyond to help me stay up to date and even send pictures of EVERY vehicle I had any questions about! I was finally able to get my hands on a new civic! Soon upon arrival we were greeted with the most welcoming smile! It was such a quick and easy process! Very welcoming environment!

I don’t know how things are done at other dealerships, but here you really are treated like family. In a good way. Every single person I’ve ever dealt with is absolutely amazing. From sales, to finance, to service - nothing but positive experience. If I come to look at new cars I don’t ever feel pressured. If I’m bringing a car for service I don’t ever worry about getting things done that don’t need to be done. And let’s not forget the facility itself. Clean, bright, spacious.     I drove 2 hours to come find a CR-V Hybrid that have been selling out everywhere. When I arrived the car was already being looked out but Alex told me the people had gone to lunch first to think about buying it. I told him it was the only car I wanted and he said be right back. Alex came back with the keys and said lets go drive it!! Alex Ocasio was the best salesman! Super nice family guy who was honest with me from the start. Was not a pushy salesmen at all, he just talked me about my life and his and never once talked about the car unless I asked and when we were test driving. I felt bad for the people who came back from lunch but I was serious! Signed papers immediately after driving. I love Alex for putting me first and doing everything he could to get this car for me. When it came down to the finances I was so dead set on going with Capital One. Hennessy looked into every company they worked with and told me they found a better deal for ME was with suntrust bank instead of Capital One. I was so shocked that they took the time to find me a better interest rate when purchasing my car. They explained thoroughly all my package and warranty options, and I will say people Honda has the best warranty deals to add on AND that come with the car you purchase! Did I mention they offer a decent discount for Military??!?! Couldn't be more happy with my purchase with these guys! Thank you Hennessy Honda for helping me get my new 2021 Honda CR-V Hybrid and supporting troops like me!!!!

    I've bought two cars here, used and new, and I would buy here again. I have also sold two cars to them and their offer prices are fair and matched carmax, which really helpes when purchasing the other cars. I also use their service department for oil changes, rotations, and other services. I love how they treat you with respect and professionalism. They offer shuttle services to help make it easy. Bottom line, I will use them again to buy, sell, and service my vehicles.

    As busy as Hennessy is, they were able to get me in the very same day I logged in to make a service appointment. I have NEVER had that happen before with any other dealer. I usually have a 2 week wait! They were frantically busy, but so organized that everyone was taken care of!

    Overnight drop-off. Service guy (let's call him 'Edgar') left message that they couldn't start w/out my authorizing $100 diagnostic fee. I called back. Got his voice mail. Left a message. I called back. Got his voice mail. I called back. Got his voice mail. Left message for service manager. I called back. Got his voice mail. After 4 hours of getting voice mail and no return calls from anyone, I drove to the shop. It was after 3pm! My van had not been moved. They hadn't even done the oil change! Edgar was drinking a bottle of water and chatting with a colleague. "Why haven't you checked your voice messages in over 4 hours?" "We've been busy." Apparently Edgar's idea of "busy" is different from mine. A short while later I'm told what repairs are required. I authorize the work and find out that since Edgar spent his time not returning calls, I'd have to wait another day for the van to be ready. Here's the really good part. THEY DIDN'T FIX THE PROBLEM. It's doing exactly what it was doing when I dropped it off. I suspect they didn't actually make the repair. I know a reputable mechanic and will verify soon enough. I asked for an oil change, tire rotation and service to the front end. I suspect they may have done the oil change but nothing else, and charged me over $500 for the privilege. I'm wishing now I'd marked the tires so I could verify they did the rotation...

    Steven Bryars was the service advisor and Leesha was the rep that handled all of my scheduling. They are both wonderful! I got my recalls taken care of there and after a minor hitch (through no fault of their own) they have been very accommodating and attentive! I think their customer service is great!

    What a cluster. My only positive experience was with the sales person, Vincent. He was great. Other than that, it was a cluster. Probably worst experience I've ever had and I buy quite a few cars. 1st of all, they made a trade offer, then decided they gave me the trade value for the wrong vehicle, even though they used my VIN. Then offered me a whole lot less. 2nd - They asked me to write a check for $100 to "hold" until my trade in title came in. They cashed it the next day. Spent an hour trying to get that returned after they had the original title. 3rd- They lost the second key and the manual to my new car. Had to come back down there and waste 2 hours while they made a new one. 4th - Bought my car on December 29th and still haven't received my tag or title. Called today (February 3) and had to leave a message. The guy finally calls back. He says corporate messed up everything. Said he even went in his managers office and discussed it with him. Funny thing about that, when he didn't call back earlier, I called to speak to his manager and was told he was off today. Some one lied. He says hopefully my tag will be here by the end of next week or I will have to go to my tag office and apply for an extension. Was planning on having my car serviced there but honestly, I'm terrified to even do that. Do NOT waste your time. Too many other places to buy a car to have to deal with that mess.

    WARNING: They gave me a quote on a new Civic and they are adding a mandatory $5k mark up on new Civics. I cannot believe how greedy and short-sited some dealerships are being, taking advantage of the current inventory situation. I also checked with several Subaru dealerships and they were all charging straight MSRP with no extra accessories or other unwanted add ons/packages. We will now be purchasing a Cross Trek instead of a Civic. Really disappointing how they choose to do business and treat customers.

    Not a good experience here. I get it the market is what it is. But the used Manager blew us off last night closing an hour early, site said open to 6 told them we would be back next day offered a deposit, wouldn't take it, said come back, set up a time and then sold the car out from under us. Excuses, excuses, different manager, noone knew, it was there then it was gone blah blah blah... typical dealer reputation earned here. Pass this one by. Sad part is the Porsche store was the next stop. Never will do business with a Hennessey store...not that they really care I'm sure, it's 1 or 2 cars to them but it's the way it was done. Disgruntled maybe or possibly lucky because service if ever needed could have been a real nightmare down the road judging by some of the past posts.

    This location is the absolute worst. They literally just walk around talking and laughing while your sitting there waiting for hours. I’ve been here since 11:30am EST for a oil change and to have a tire patched. It’s currently 1:50pm EST and my car still isn’t done. At 12:30pm the guy came up to me and said “they are working on your tire”. He comes back at 1:40pm and “they said they can’t patch it”. Soooo why have I been here for over two hours? I will be escalating this issue along with another issue I had yesterday.

    Sold my old Pontiac and came here to get a 2021 Honda about halfway through the pandemic when prices were rising. The staff was very nice and answered my questions over the phone and offered me a really great price in the end and even held the car so I could come pick it up.     I purchased a brand-new Honda HR-V in July 2021. Julie was my sales associate. It was a pleasure working with her; there was no haggling, the process was very straightforward and went as fast as buying a new car can. Julie was very helpful and kind; I felt that she was trustworthy. She also followed up with me shortly after purchasing my vehicle. I also felt like the finance manager, while having an agenda as that is his job, was overall honest and not pushy. Overall I had a good experience at Hennessy Honda and would recommend this location to someone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. Inventory was low at the time so I didn't have much choice as far as color of my vehicle, but I was happy with the white HR-V I was able to purchase that day.

    I have taken my ridgeline here on several occasions. The people are nice and the facility is usually clean. But there are some practices that are problematic. One, the service reps must be on commission because while I wait I hear them always up selling, every customer. Yes they have a business to run. But it feels predatory. Second, I'm finding they are way overpriced. I expect dealerships to be a little higher priced than a local repair shop; however, when I consistently see part markup 100-200%, it gets ridiculous. For example, this last trip (and it will literally be my last visit) I saw that I was charged $15.69 for a turn signal light bulb. A LIGHT BULB! I found the exact part number elsewhere for $7.84. Feels like they are scalping customers on parts.

    A truly great experience! My husband and I were helped by Joe Crist. He took time showing us vehicles we were interested in. Unfortunately, the car we originally wanted (Honda CR-V EX) just got sold minutes before our inquiry. Joe, however, went on to check upcoming inventory to tell us that the dealership will be receiving two new cars soon, and he would try to let us know as soon as possible that the car is in and for us to look at it before anyone else would buy it. Joe delivered on his promise. He contacted us on the day the car was in route and we made it in time to check it out and drive out of dealership with a new vehicle! Before we purchased a vehicle, Mr. Crist would let us check it out and answer every question we had. We drove away in our new car knowing what feautures it had, how to operate them, and what really impressed us was the tinted windows! Mr. Crist also made sure that the deal we got was a good one. My husband and I are on a budget, and Joe truly tried to match our financial ability. I can go on and on about Joe, but I want to add that everyone at this dealership went above and beyond to help us purchase a vehicle. We were explained all financial obligations, when the payments would be made, etc. When we drove out in our new vehicle, we felt happy, satisfied, and safe knowing we got a good deal and a good car.     We purchased a new Odyssey from Hennessy Honda and had a great experience! I had my two toddlers with me and they were so kind and patient. There was a playroom stocked with a train table and books and tv with a movie for the kids while we worked out a great deal. Mark was awesome and they go out of their way to help you!     What a joke! I waited over 4 hours for a used car to which they high balled me on interest with the same bank I was using on my prior vehicle at a lower interest rate on top of selling me a warranty I didn’t need-IT’S A HONDA!!!! What a mistake. I was foolish because I needed a new car and as a single mother they played into it big time. Left me with brakes that were old and needed replacing as well as a bum Battery that took 3 times to get right. Never again! Thanks for the lesson Hennessy Honda! Your F & Ii guy is the worst. It’s no wonder he didn’t make it into pro baseball.

    I was met right away when I drove my car into the Service area, which was clean and bright. Mr. Etters, the service technician, was very professional, friendly, and efficient. He checked me in for my scheduled service, and told me about how long the 15,000 mile service would take. It actually took a bit less than the 1.5 hours. My car was clean and ready to go when it was brought back to me at completion. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and bright, and all of the staff members with whom I dealt during this appointment were great.

    Before stepping foot at this dealer, I was calling around and asking for prices out the door for a 2018 Honda Accord. Started off at AutoNation Honda in Lithia Springs, GA. Didn’t like their sales reps or the price they quoted me so we left. Then I started contacting other dealers for their price out the door. Ed Voyles initially gave me the best quote and when I told my sales guy at Woodstock, he was like, there’s no way that’s the price out the door (POTD). Call them back and make sure. Sure enough, I call them and they were like “Oh, but that doesn’t include taxes and registration.” I was like “LADY I SAID PRICE OUT THE DOOR, THAT INCLUDES REGISTRATION AND TAXES!” Anyways. Long story short, Vinny (Vincent) managed to get me the best POTD. He was a little pushy but I mean, he was trying to get his sale. So we make the 35 min drive up to Woodstock and right when I walk in, Vinny had the car ready for me to test drive. Just walked in and said I was there for Vincent. He came around and was like “Kimberli?” And then was like, “C’mon, let’s go drive your car!” So we walk over to the car and it was gorgeous. Fell in love right away, but I knew what color I wanted from the beginning (2018 Honda Accord Touring 1.5T) and that was what I had asked him for and he said they had it on the lot prior to even making the drive. We took it for a test drive. Come back, signed the paper work, and they had us out in about 1.5 hours. It only took so long because we had to wait around for our insurance to fax over the full-coverage for the new car before I could drive it off the lot. Would definitely recommend Vincent. He was a great guy and made the experience overall pleasant. He answered every question I had and even tried to help me with setting up the Bluetooth in the car but I was like “I’m 22, I know how to work technology” so he let me do my thing! :p

    I went for an oil change around a month or 2 ago. Upon arriving, the gentleman told me I arrived at the perfect time, because he could squeeze me in, but the wait time would be 2hrs. I agreed, and apologized for not creating an appointment, due to revolving my time around my newborns nursing schedule and having childcare. After learning that, he had my car pushed through and washed for me within 1hr. I was prepared to wait 2hrs, but was so surprised someone went out of their way to help me like this. I wish I could remember his name because I have never received such amazing customer service from anyone.

    I had a great experience while buying my New Honda CRV - Kyle (finance) was great, friendly just a real personable guy (I felt safe with him... usually I feel finance people are LYING intently!)     I came in to get a routine service done on my Honda CR-V. My car was received very quickly and without wait. However, the person who received my car was busy, rushed, and dismissive, so I didn’t get any instruction on who to speak to next or what the next steps of the process were. Because of this, my car was never processed in the system and they did not begin work on the service even as I had left the center. Nonetheless, when I called the center a few hours later and discussed the situation with them, my service advisor Steve Bryars worked very hard to make it right for me, including expediting my service immediately and removing all the service fees from my bill. The experience was definitely frustrating, but thanks to Steve, I left happy.

    I bought my first Honda at Hennessy in 2000, and have been bringing them back for service ever since - because I LOVE my service advisor, Kevin Etters. He has always taken good care of me as if I were family, and he makes me feel that my trust in Hennessy is well-placed. I also love how the service dept returns my car with all settings in their original places, and there are no surprises. Kevin does a stellar job of explaining findings, and warns me of upcoming larger expenses so I can be prepared. SIX STARS!

    If I could give a 0 I would. Brought my Honda in because of a knocking noise, engine light on and to check to see if it would be okay to travel. Was told what needed to be repaired immediately which cost over $1400.00. No other recommendations listed. Two weeks later, knocking noise back and dashboard lite up like a Christmas tree! Was very upset and rightly so, but all they could do is focus on the mileage and not their error! Then had the nerve to say it would cost me an additional $2800! After getting my car back, I noticed it was leaking fluid which wasn't before! Ugh!!! Took my car to Accurate Care Automotive, very nice professional people and not rude! Dashboard looking normal, running good and only cost $105. I will NEVER, EVER take my car to be repair at another dealership again! What they did was put a band aid on it, adjusted the lights to come back on so they can look at the miles and TRY to charge an arm and leg! I always service my car. Only chose that location for convenience. Run from dealerships! Especially this one!

    I recently needed to purchase a new car and decided on the new Honda HR-V. No body else had the color I wanted except Hennessy Honda. So I went up there with my car expert to test drive it with no intention on purchasing the same day(due to typical sales tactics). We were pleasantly surprised with the service we received though. Our salesman, Joseph Crist, was knowledgeable and friendly and definitely not pushy or rude. His excellent service made us decide to go ahead and move forward with the purchase that night in addition to the car driving like we wanted. Our salesman jumped through hoops helping us with the paperwork and the finance department did everything they could to get me the best deal possible. I’m now a first time Honda driver and will most likely purchase with them again if Honda puts out something else I like. Definitely recommend this dealership to anyone purchasing a Honda as they’ve got great service.

    Didn't do all the work requested but quoted on lots of extras. We took car in to fix a recall and have a lube/oil/Filter. Asked to check air filter, replace drivers wiper and do a general check-over. They didn't check the air filter (see picture), didn't check tire pressure but said they did, changed good wiper and left the bad that was clearly bad.

    I would give this place 0 stars if that was possible. I test drove a certified pre-owned vehicle from here and liked it, however I noticed that the back bumper light was loose. I was ensured this would be fixed by the next day so I would be able to take the car home as it was a simple light clip. 2 weeks and 4 useless trips to this dealership later, I FINALLY got the vehicle repaired. The communication was absolutely HORRIBLE at every turn. It was the most frustrating experience I have had. I tell everyone I know that's looking to buy a car from here to go literally anywhere else.

    Dishonest. Lies. Unacceptable. I stopped by with my daughter 2 days ago around 7:30pm. We test drove a car and told the sales lady (Julie) that we wanted to buy it. I offered to pay in full and she informed it was too late to process the sale and get the car detailed. I said, fine, do the paperwork and I'll leave a deposit. My husband can finalize everything tomorrow. The sales lady (Julie) told me that was not necessary as she would talk to her manager, HOLD the car until Thursday morning, (Julie was off on Wednesday) 10am when I agreed to be back to do the paper work. My husband (over the phone) told her he wanted to do the paperwork and purchase that night. I told her I would pay with my debit card (a deposit or in full) and she laughed it off as if I could not afford it and said I would need to call my bank, implying there was not time to do this. Julie told me she was "off" on Wednesday thus I should return Thursday to finalize everything; remember I wanted to BUY the car Tuesday night and was told I could not because it was too late. Needless to say, I arrived this morning at 9:55am, true to my word; Julie, unfortunately, was not true to hers. The vehicle SOLD the day before; which Julie assured me would not happen. Dishonest. Lies. Unacceptable. Judged. In addition, when I asked another salesman (in passing) the price of the yellow Civic Type-R in the showroom, he looked at me, judged me, and told me it was too expensive, not worth it; not only passing judgement but implying I could not afford it. Overall, unbelievable; What kind of commissioned salespeople do not want to make a sale? Simply DISHONEST...where I come from my word actually means something. ...and I happily took my business elsewhere.

    I purchased my 2020 Ridgeline RTL from Hennessy in December 2020. I'd driven a sub compact for 13 years after owning a new Xterra for a year, then selling after an accident. I'd been wanting to be a truck owner and after comparing prices and test driving at other Honda dealers, Hennessy's prices were better, sales staff was knowledgeable, and felt like I could trust them and the Honda brand for an excellent truck purchase. I've been driving it for 10 months now and loved every minute of it. I would highly recommend Hennessy Honda to purchase your next vehicle - I know I'll will soon when our van reaches its limit.
