I have been with them for over a year now and they have been very awesome and understanding also very helpful.

My experience with the Valparaiso branch of Heights Finance has been very positive, Mr. Bianco and his staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. All my questions get answered promptly and professionally additionally the staff are very accommodating when it comes to setting up payments, taking out loans, and helping you understand the terms and conditions of any loan you take out. Overall, would definitely recommend.

I absolutely love this place! My husband and I have worked with them for about 20 years on and off. We would never dream of going anywhere else! They have always been friendly and very courteous. They are like family.

I have been dealing with Tom and his staff for about 4 years. They are very friendly and professional. They answer your questions in a very timely manner. I feel like part of their family every time I go to the office. They always ask if I'm okay and if I ever need another loan they would be more than happy to assist me. Tom has a very great personality and always has a smile and a hello even if he's not feeling well he still manages to stay positive.
