Hector Cardenas is the best. He actually answers his phone, and responded every single question with patience and understanding. He checked in on me every step of the way, and expedited the loan process by actually being attentive and on top of the loan. Terrible broker, could never get ahold of them to ask questions and the rates weren’t good either. Ended up having to find a new one after many days wasted in an already stressful buying situation
