Very unprofessional. Was told multiple different stories on the where about a of my money refunded back to me. Manager was very rude and gave an attitude over the phone. Best believe I’ll be going back to my old bank that has never done me wrong like they do.

Tellers are friendly.nice bank.however,all branches need to take deposit/withdraw slips out of the drawer.you are promoting people not to have their banking ready to go.I'm getting tired of waiting behind inconsiderate people.if customers ask for a slip give them a few to put in their vehicle and ask them to kindly pull around and fill it out and then get back in line.this is so rude ! Other people on the planet besides them! Don't be a part of it! We are all customers and deserve common courtesy. Thank you
