I scheduled an oil change on May 19. I received a phone call about 11:30 a.m. saying my oil change was done. They stated my tires needed rotation and my battery had corrosion and thst they could service my battery for $ 39.95 which include cleaning erosion from posting and adding a pad which helps prevent future erosion. They could also rotate my tires for $9.95. I asked to do all of the above. Next time driving my car it would not start. After closer inspection one post was totally corroded making no contact. I had both post connections cleaned and car started. There were no pads on connections and corrosion was still there. I was charged on my ticket 39.95 for cleaning and I had corrosion removed next time I tried to drive it. First time service for me to Heathrr Cannon Honda, very disappointed. UPDATE: Heather Cannon Honda took care of my issues early this morning. Quick reply and follow up from her. I very much appreciate it.

We made the trip from KC for this Honda Pilot and were SO impressed with the dealership after working with Shelia. I will not be bringing my car here for any more mechanical work. I brought my vehicle in because of a knocking in the front end. They told me that it was my sway bar bushings and would cost $1200 to fix it. Took it for a second opinion to find out that it was in fact NOT the sway bar bushings, but instead one of my struts just needed to be tightened. Saved myself over $1000 by getting a second opinion.

Friendly and professional staff. We attempted to have a minor issue fixed on our 2019 Honda CRV at another dealership with no success. I called Heather Cannon Honda and took it in to them. They were able to quickly diagnose and fix them problem under the warranty agreement. I am most satisfied with Cannon Honda and will return to them for all of the services for this vehicle even though they are 40 miles away. They have earned my trust and I consider it well worth the trip.

Being the first time to ever look at a Honda, we found that for the money and many standard features the Honda Civic Touring was perfect for our needs. Marcus was very helpful in talking, texting and email since we were in and out of town for the week prior to purchasing. He was very reassuring that getting what we wanted would be no problem. Which he was true to his word! Heather Cannon Honda has a superior staff from my sales representative Erich to the financial contractor to wrap up the deal. They were very attentive to my personal needs and understood my tight timing schedule. Prior to making the decision to work with Cannon Honda on the trade-in and purchase deal, I was treated very pleasantly and fair by the mechanics director and the lead mechanic. This place may be in rural Oklahoma but it is managed and feels like the organized dealerships in Oklahoma City!!

My wife went into trade in her car during a divorce! We were offered $25,000 cash for the car by three or four different car lots.. she got hustled by one of the salesman at Heather Cannon! The car only had $25,000 on it so we could have paid it off with cash.. the salesman made it sound like she was getting such a good deal she took it well when she got the paperwork and looked over she only got 22,000 trade in.. funny that she told it the salesman she had $25,000 offers in cash and she would just go sell it and bring back cash if it would help.. he swindled her into going ahead and making the deal.. then when brought to their attention a couple days later was told it's just too late LOL! Jay the sales manager is a joke! He wants to talk big on the phone but he doesn't want to do anything to back up his business.. I would not suggest going to this company for anything!!

Very friendly, accommodating service department, with convenient, fast service I feel like I can trust. Every time I took my car to the previous service center in the city, I would get a call within 15 minutes with a list of things they found that needed "immediate attention!" The bill was always MUCH MUCH higher than anticipated. I just couldn't afford them anymore. Now I go to Heather Cannon Honda, and viola! No unexpected service emergencies with higher-than-a-kite priced parts. And no more waiting for a whole day - my car is ready in a reasonable amount of time. I'm not stuck in town, cancelling appointments for the rest of the day and hoping I'll get home before dark. I finally feel like I have found an auto service organization that I can trust to keep my car running without paying for unnecessary parts and services.

I advise anyone that wants their car serviced on the weekend don't go.Debbie is very rude and doesn't care gave me a different price for oil change when we spoke on the phone I paid extra when oil was changed sad excuse for women. The technician was lazy he had the ordasity to tell me the reason he didn't check my car was because it was wet.Sad excuse for a human.I will never go and service my car there again.I wish them no success whatsoever.If I could rate zero I most definitely would!

She also called us when the work was completed. We picked up our vehicle and Our salesman answered a few of our questions about the vehicle purchased in February 2021. Let me start off with the good,Earic was the only saving grace to the place. and the only one wanting u in a car it seemed, and went above and beyond make sure I was comfortable . No one Was interested in me unless it was 20k car or higher. Even asked can I see other cars just to see what my option are as knew threw FB there was few options but I got here a list but na I ain 't showing 😔it not worth it.I was sad by this behavior as heather has gone out of her way to help the community. As I got in accident and all my original plans got trashed and now have to scrabble something together.But the biggest down fall was went and made sure the sale guy had the time to deal with low end sale and he wasn't even there. (Apt made the following day and he even checked in the following morning to make sure I was showing up)And I sat around while 4 other sales guys tried to find him. And at the end of the day I felt like that kid who was picked last for the team*so to speek* . *Why did I just not ask for earic the first place sadly I forgot his name from my org. Dealings with* * HEATHER tried to contact and rective the issue. and personal attion from the general manger* so maybe in the future I may try to come back. changed from a 2 to 4 star for there efforts on tring to fix it.

I had a bad experience earlier in the day with Vance Auto trying to sell an overpriced car for twice what I said I could afford causing Heather Cannon to get a grumpy customer on their lot (me).
