This place deserves no stars. If the receptionist Amber wasn’t so rude to everyone she encountered this place would have a higher star rating. It sickens me to see someone to hateful. If you hate your job so much find a new one. No one wants to come in and get a loan from a company with an employee who mocks, insults and pretty much harasses them.

I've been a customer for one year now and I honestly can't say anything negative! Make your payment on time if not communicate with them and you'll be perfectly fine! Came to them when my credit was less than stellar and they've helped me reestablish myself! Strongly recommend for those in a similar situation

My fiance and I recently financed our vehicle threw them and dealt with Megan , she was pleasant , quick and it was a pleasure . We was giving a chance and I appreciate . Yes , their interest rates are a bit high but what do you expect dealing with people that don't have the greatest credit lol ! I feel their rating is absurd as alot of people give bad ratings for things they could have controlled like communication and paying your bill on time 🤷 .... And I'm sure things happen in people's lives as I've had things happen in mine but that's not the loan companies problem 🙄 they have a job to do as well .... Maybe read what you are signing !

These people will say they want to help you and then turn around and say they can't help you without a down payment. If I'm coming to you for a loan why would I need a down payment if I'm asking for your help? If I had money for a down payment then obviously I wouldn't need your assistance. They want to boost their interest rates and ask you for a down payment and neglect to tell you that they don't 100% finance a car. These people are scamming people out of money. Read that fine print carefully.

We have had a car loan with them for a couple of years now and just recently refinanced with them for a lower rate because of on-time payments. My experience with them has been great. They gave us a car loan when our credit was not the best and they gave us a chance. The application process was quick and easy. If I am ever going to be late on a payment, even if it is just a few days, I call them and let them know and they do not give me any trouble about it. They just value communication from customers and expect us to do our part. I appreciate the help they have offered and they have significantly helped our credit score go up. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because the interest rates are a little high, but that is to be expected when you are dealing with a business that specializes in dealing with people with less than stellar credit history.

I have always been satisfied with Home Credit. 🏡when I call to make my payment I have always been pleased with whomever I talk to. I think they have been helping people a long time and understand us. Thank u for helping me

First off I’d like to say that the Asheville branch was a pleasant surprise after reading the reviews I was a little worried but the people were really friendly. trying to finance an older motorcycle (12yrs old) was not easy but home credit had no problem with it the interest rate is a little high but that’s to be expected this company prides itself on helping people rebuild or establish credit but at the end of the day they are a finance company and she couldn’t stress enough not to be late or miss a payment but also told me if I ever had problems with the payment to call and they will do everything in there power to help. So would I recommend this place yes and no if you are having a hard time with your credit or getting a loan for something a bit older and no one will help chances are home credit will get you on your way if you don’t have those limitations then maybe your best bet is to go to your local credit union but for my situation home credit co was the best choice and I can’t thank them enough for helping get my dream bike

I called inquiring about auto loans and I was consistently talked over and abruptly asked "Do you want to submit an application?" Unprofessional demeanor unlike other financial organizations that I have dealt with. Safe to say they will not be receiving my business. (Advice: Your employees are the face and voice of the company, demand excellence from them!)

Megan the manager was one of the worst people i've ever dealt with. She was rude and dismissive and treated me like a child. She has no interpersonal skills and became demanding to the point of unreason. Little did she know i had already secured 2 different loans and an hour after she dismissed me i purchased a vehicle. Think twice about how iu treat people.. she would be better fit as a prison guard.

I lost my job and wasn’t even late to the point of repossession, yet I was called and threatened with just that... very unprofessional staff at this Asheville location. I get told by Meagan that I have an attitude, when I don’t. They always want a reason to repo.
