Very friendly folks, and im always greeted with a smiling face. Fast customer service with very helpful information every time I ask about something. Best bank in Sawyer County hands down.

I would not go anywhere else! A credit union is different from a bank. And the people at the HCCU treat everyone with respect and a smile. They recognize that we are all part of the same community. They care. Honestly.

A good bank in town that has two drive though lanes for faster service

I have several accounts with HCCU and like the service they offer.

Direct deposit with anything is a hassle to set up, they are unprofessional and aren't helpful even after going to them directly and asking for help, their online banking runs terribly and its a struggle to just login due to constant crashing. At least they have a drive thru..i guess. Don't recommend.

This bank needs a new system to notify their account holders of fees etc. I once had a debit card of mine hacked. It took me days to realize this because they only sent me notifications via snail mail. when I asked them to cancel the debit card, I also ask them to call me instead of mail me things. the debit card was never canceled, more money was stolen from me and they never offered to replace that money. Now fast-forward a year later, I should have learned my lesson. payments were rejected from my account, and instead of calling me Hayward Union let the place to continue to try to take money out of my account, which means that I kept incurring fees from Hayward credit Union. Today this incident itself has costed me over $200. if they had initially called me like I had asked or even sent me an e-mail, I would have only incurred a $30 fee. the system is set up so that the bank can continue to make money, people can continue to lose money. you would think that a bank would call you if something kept trying to take money from your account over three times, especially when you had asked the people to call you instead of send you mail.

10 year member. Charged $30 for a $3 overdraft. Deposited to cover that day. Second overdraft in 10 years. They care about their customers.
