Great customer service whether on the phone or in person. They do their best to inform you and answer your questions. The lines are always long but you cant help that and thorough transactions take time to deliver good accuracy. Switched to them from american savings bank. So much better loan rates and so much easier to transfer money. only reason im giving five stars is the hours are a little slim to be open plus closed on weekends.

The staff here are very helpful and nice. Isn't it nice to keep your money with a local credit union rather than an mainland bank?
