Hawaii State Federal Credit Union Alakea St, Honolulu

Good bank. Located in downtown. Staff is nice and friendly. Not to long of a wait to see a teller. But sometimes this place can get busy and you could be waiting a bit. Located on a bus route that stops right in front of the bank. Smaller than the main branch but good place to make a quick deposit. Check this place out.

This is their main branch. Full services. I appreciate that they stagger the tellers so there's always lots of them working during the downtown lunch rush. Staff is friendly. ATM is on the Alakea Street side of the building. Parking available in Alii Place if you need it or limited stalls on Alakea Street.

I work in the area and its very convenient and the business hours are great! They offer a whole bunch of services...checking, savings , and loans that have great rates. I recommend my friends to check then out when they need a loan. The workers are nice and helpful too.

I needed a Cash advance from them and Noone else in town would give me as much as I needed but they came to my rescue. They were very friendly and handled my transaction in a professional manner. If you are coming here on vacation and need banking services I would highly recommend these guys.
