Tera and her team went above and beyond anything you would expect of your mortgage lender. We were previously working with another lender that wasn’t being transparent with us and decided to switch to Hawaii Financial Services. Tera immediately called once our realtor referred us to her, listened to our concerns, provided several options, advised on how to ramp up our credit score and worked diligently to close us on schedule despite the several obstacles we ran into.
