I have never met a realtor like Christy Menig! We knew she was special when she spent weeks showing us property after property, even after we told her we were just looking to buy in the future but had to sell some property in Oregon (where we live) first. That was 2 years ago. After finally selling our property, we contacted Christy. She helped maneuver us through the excruciating process of buying a home in Hawaii and moving our goods from Oregon to Hawaii. Through her efficiency, we were able to find a home, make an offer, obtain a loan, have house inspected and arrange for closing date in just 10 days. In addition, she goes beyond the responsibilities of a normal agent. Not to bore you with details, but she is babysitting 3 orchid plants for us and arranged storage for our furnishings (actually met with the truck when they delivered) in our absence.
