Placed a call explaining what I needed and now it has been weeks later and Eric still has not returned my call. I hate to think this is how they conduct their business...very poor.

We were working with a relative, under a valid power of attorney, on the client's affairs. We'd assumed the two of you had communicated with each other, but apparently this was not the case.
