First time and I love them already. Loaned me the amount I needed. Picked up my item about three weeks later. It was easy and no problems at all. Small interest rates for pawning items and if you pick it up earlier than the due date the interest rate drops. Will definitely be use them if I ever need to again.

I bought a T.V from this place and not even a month later it stopped working. When I called to find out about the return policy, I was told that if I did not purchase insurance on the item, pretty much in so many words I'm screwed. That would have been fine IF I WAS TOLD THAT WHEN I PURCHASED THE TV NOT AFTER!!!!beware of buying valuable items if you do not have money to throw down the drain!

I would highly recommend Harrisburg pawn to anybody needing a loan and looking for a reasonable loan on their items... Jared was the employee who helped me... he was very knowledgeable, not only about the products in the store, but about the products I brought in... the shop was very clean....it was easy to find everything.. all the staff was attentive and helpful with any questions I or any other customers had. A great place to pawn and I would/will most definitely come back.

God sent us here! We were in need of money and they gave us the best price for our jewelry. It was worth our time and gas for sure.

First time I've had to use a pawnshop in years and it wasn't a good experience. I felt like I was treated like a junkie because I was in my work clothes . I had 3 grams of scrap gold and the young girl wouldn't make me a offer made me tell her how much I wanted for the gold. I also had two variable speed Makitas was offered 60 dollars for all that. I get they need to make money but felt 100percent taking advantage of. Wont be going back or recommending this place. I took it because I was in a bad situation and needed to feed my family.

Told me I needed a battery charger to get a loan on my DeWalt power tools. I brought a fully charged battery with me but that wasn't good enough. Do you sell your tools with batteries and chargers? I don't think so. Won't be back.

This small pawn shop on Harrisburg was a selection of power tools & equipment, guns, jewelry and audio components. Good prices on several of the tools I looked at. Prices were high on some items. Store associates are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

I highly recommend Harrisburg Pawn Shop. Victoria helped me out over the course of two days and was beyond helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and cool. I have never sold things to a pawn shop before but all the hesitations and reservations I had went away after visiting Harrisburg Pawn. They gave me an incredible offer on the ring and pin I wanted to sell, which I accepted. This place is the most considerate pawn shop I have ever been to. The pawn broker hooked me up with an awesome deal that I am certain no other pawn shop would ever think to do. I told him my circumstances and while he was skeptical, he helped me out a lot at the end. The staff members are friendly and shows excellent customer service. While it might not be the most known pawn shop out there, it's defenitely one of the best. Go there an see for yourself. 😊 Another thing that I was amazed by is there online services. You can literally pay for your items through an app. You can also buy items from there personal website and get it shipped to your home. COMPLETELY MIND BLOWING. 👍👌

We came here because is the only one open on Sunday. The ladies working Victoria and Jennifer were so understanding and gave us the most they could for real. Most pawn shops try to give you as little as possible, but this one actually cared. And they are so nice and very pretty. I will be doing all my future pawn business here!!!
