This was our first home-buying experience, so we knew less than nothing and Julie never once made us feel like we were asking a dumb question, but was always game to patiently and kindly explain each and every part of the process. On top of that, we were buying in a tough housing market and ended up putting in eight different offers over four months before actually getting a house and not only was Julie unflappable and tireless in helping us put in every single offer, but she even called unprompted to give us pep talks when we were ourselves on the verge of losing hope.
