Hapo Community Credit Union N Rd, Pasco

Absolutely the worst bank I’ve ever had to deal with. From the customer service to supervisors. The lack of care and communication. I understand we are human and make mistakes, but this bank will not take responsibility or stand by their mistakes or I’ve had nothing but issues.

Tried to go to the bank to draw out cash from inside and they were closed. It was 545 they're not supposed to close until 6

They don’t care about the fact your money gets stolen. They file incorrect paperwork, I have never had an issue with a bank other then hapo?! Your integrity sign should be taken down, they don’t care about their clients

If says your open till 6 you should be open till 6, I got there at 531 and was told better luck tomorrow

I have a huge truck that can't go thru your drive thru,Thank god I bank with Gesa.

Employees usually have really good customer service here but my only complaint is the ATMs at this location are constantly out of service or can’t accept cash or something it’s reallyy inconvenient since it’s the closest one to me

Absolutely terrible experience. We set up an appointment the day before and we asked what documents were needed for the business we were going to conduct. We met with representative Jenessa at the HAPO Credit Union On RD 68 in Pasco. We arranged the meeting with four of us at 3:00 pm to set up a trust account, notarize documents. We got there a little early so we waited. We were finally brought in the office at 3:20 (late). We were then asked for documents that we did not have. While we were searching through our folders Jenessa would leave our meeting to help other people. She came back in and told us she had another appointment and we would have to wait until she got through with them. We found the documents in the folder. We waited in the lobby. We went up to the appointment taker and asked how much longer. She said they will try to squeeze us in because other people have appointments. WHAT, we had an appointment. We left!! I recommend people use Gesa credit union. I have several business accounts their and have never run into anything so customer un-freindly as this. Their time is more important than yours. Beware!!!

I have been waiting in the line at Hapo for over 25 minutes. No cars moved for over 10 minutes. The atm is not taking cash.....frustrated. Don't come here expecting a good experience.

I have been banking there for about 10 years and I have always been treated good by all of the associates.
