We just bought a home with Gateway and Hannah was a pleasure to work with. She was very easy to talk to when we had questions and gave constant communication throughout the mortgage process to ensure we always knew what was happening. Having our loan serviced locally and being able to get appraisals and closing done quickly was also a plus. We would definitely recommend her to friends or family.

Hannah was amazing. Gateway mortgage is really good. Hannah gets 5 stars. I give 4 because they had to rerun my credit during the process and my interest rate went up, which I get - but don’t find 100% fair. Very good experience though.

Hannah hands down created the best customer service experience that I have ever had. Of course, buying a first home has been one of the biggest decisions I have made so far — but Hannah made it such an easy process. For days she mercilessly created options so that my final sale could stay together. She crunched multiple numbers, called multiple resources, all the while keeping me in the loop without making me nervous about all the behind the scenes details. She made sure that all of my questions were answered even if my questions were at an inconvenient time. Honestly, without her hard work and dedication towards my deal I would not be moving into my new house today and I can guarantee that.
