Hancock Whitney Bank S Range Ave, Denham Springs

Just received a settlement check; been with bank for 3 years now; only got 10% of the check; claimed it’ll take two days to get rest; why?? Isn’t the process for banks to communicate back and forth.

I have had an account with this location for a long time and have been here through a few name changes. My personal banker Susanna Collins has always been a wonderful help and super friendly. She has gone above and beyond for me on countless occasions and has never made me feel like a bother. The professionalism that she has shown me has always been amazing. She is a true asset.

Dated! They fail @ the technology banking/ online banking they are way behind other Banks I'm talking years... There's so much you can't do with their app that other Banking apps have... It's very frustrating and I'm actually considering closing my account with them. Actually going to that Bank sucks bec., there are things that they don't do that other Banks do and it's also annoying. I had to get out of the banking drive-thru line and actually physically go inside because I wanted checking withdrawal slip. Pathetic!!

Smooth, effortless experience with opening accounts. I would suggest Google searching promotions before opening any new account... at times they may offer upwards of $200 to $400 rewards for new customers. I'm sure you'll be happy with their products & services. Give them a try.

Can’t seam to get a hold of a local branches phone number. The wait time is not going to be short. I don’t have the patience to wait and wait and wait so I just hung up because I still was on hold.

3 business days and my husband's checks have still not cleared. I was given no notice that there would be a hold and there shouldn't be, these are payroll checks. They are the same every single week, yet for some reason Whitney decides amongst themselves which weeks they will hold our money hostage for days on end without as little as an email. And you can forget reaching out to them to find out the issue. None of the local numbers work or they ring for 5 minutes and hang up and half the time the corporate number is down too. I am switching banks, this is beyond ridiculous man. I can't believe that they expect people to trust them with their money when this is the quality of service they provide.

Ive had a hancock/whitney account since i was 8 years old. Im 37 now. Of all branches ive dealt with this branch is the only branch that gives trouble with any transaction ive try to do

My husband got in line in the drive-thru 10 minutes before closing. The person in front of him was taking forever, but he stayed where he was because the other lanes were full too. The other lanes emptied out, so my husband was finally able to switch to a different lane, only to have the employee tell him they were closed. He explained that he had been in line for 10 minutes and she, in a condescending tone, told him "Sir, I just saw you pull in". He tried to explain that he had been waiting behind the customer who was still at the window and again she accused him of lying. We will no longer do business at this branch. My husband is a USMC Veteran and does NOT deserve to be treated like this.

I really love the people that work at the Denham springs branch they are all so careing and has all ways been their to help me when I need it. I only wish they had a branch in walker Louisiana and bring the group from Denham springs to work in it because it's really hard for me to get to Denham when I need to get to the bank thank you Mrs Theresa cook
