Hancock Whitney Bank La, Denham Springs

I had been with capital one since I opened a bank account, but now they want everything done online. The bankers stopped assisting me when I came in the building. Only referred me to go online. I was furious. I wanted a personal interaction. So I went and saw Adam Avery at Hancock Whitney. He had Jon set me and my husband up with a joint bank account. I loved being able to sit down with them and understand everything. This was our first joint account and they were so patient and gave us great advice. So if you’re sick of robots and want a real relationship with the people handling your money, go see Adam or Jon at Hancock!!

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! This bank is near our home, not in a cluttered business district. It is convenient, yet offers EVERYTHING we need. From checking accounts to wire transfers, this bank cannot be beat! Our contact there is Mrs. Lisa Alexander, who has given us nothing but prompt and courteous service. All personnel with whom we have come into contact have given the same.....prompt and courteous service. Kudos to the Whitney Bank in Watson! You're the BEST! Pursuant to an earlier Review (below) of "3 years ago," this bank has vastly improved, with the addition of needed personnel! As the community grows, I hope the bank will continue to do so, as well.

This is our bank in our lil country community. I would have given it a 5 star but after finding out it closes at 4 pm everyday not open on Saturdays anymore. That means our bank will be loosing alot of revenue It use to be only bank drive thru that was open at 830. Now hrs are 9. Gonna be very hard for alot of ppl to put their money in our lil bank. Gonna have to either stop in baton rouge on way home from work or go to denham. Why should denham get revenue from ppl that live in watson. Must be a bunch of left wing ppl running things another way for socialism to take over. Wake up in charge. Watson has alot of money invested thru out it's area. Don't take away our bank restrict it. Thank you

Adam Avery and his team helped me set up a new checking account it was a very smooth transaction. Something that I didn’t know, that was really neat is the debit card with the LSU eye of the tiger credit card purple and gold go tigers and thanks Hancock Whitney

People are nice enough, but this has to be the slowest drive up service i have ever had the misfortune of encountering. As i i said, the people are nice enough but incredibly slow. Waiting 7-10 minutes in this drive thru is apparently normal. Avoid unless you have lots of time

One of the only places I want to be on Friday evenings. They can cash checks, give you mortgage loans, personal loans, have many account opening options ready for you if that's what you desire. Hancock Whitney Bank gets 5 stars for being on fire.

Why do these 2 banks not recognize each other .They are blind about their MS. Locations. This is by far the slowest location I have ever visited. They are always in a state of confusion. Long transactions are not sent to people in offices they are done at teller lines .WHY . One lady was there for 20 minutes running off copy's of what ever transactions being made . Causing lines to back up . Don't come to this one on your lunch break ,not only will you starve you also be late for work. Teller on the left closes when lines get large. Hey mgr wake up . It makes you want to change banks. Might do it. The one on Florida Blvd is great . I want be coming back I gave yall 4 trys already.

Jon Lambert really came through for me today. I needed a proof of funds to submit to a broker before the close of business, and he had it to me within minutes! Great team over there!
