Hancock Whitney Bank 25th Ave, Gulfport

Easy in and out drive thru atm

Do not use this bank. My 94 year old father had an account with Hancock Whitney and the bank did not notice that someone was stealing $600 per day from my fathers account….for months. I wrote to the president of the bank and no one has done a thing about the situation. Once they asked for my address but I have heard nothing from them.

If you are an elderly person I don't recommend you going tonthis bank for any kinds of needs they act like your money is there money I have contacted the branch manager several times about a girl there being very disrespectful to my father nothing was never done I am now going to contact someone higher up and see if the branch manager and the employees can find some respect for others the downtown branch in gulfport ms is the bank we have banked with since they have been open when we leave this bank alot others will be leaving with us .

Run. Hancock Whitney being considered a Bank is about as accurate as McDonald's serving a 5 star burger. They can't even manage to deposit a check without depositing it, reversing it three times and being unable to figure out how to undo the erroneous process. Additionally, they lack common technology such ss ATM depositing that most Banks feature. Lastly, don't even think about calling in for support as you'll be on hold for Over 20 minutes (don't worry, the voice recording will tell you the hold time).

Has been a bank through thick and thin,always there ,my family has used Hancock Bank, since the day ,and before my mom ,and dad were married . My dad had a large plumbing , and heating ,Co. His business was where the Palace grill downtown on 25th ave. for years . I remember when the actual Bank was on the corner, and there was a guard by the front door that smoked cigars ,had a gun ,he was something out of a book to me ,big older man ,the inside of that bank is really something out of a movie !! Great Bank!!!!! Lots of Growth ,and Changes!

I don't appreciate the bank letting sick workers work I live with someone with a compromised immune system plus I see lots of older people go in there who probably have lower immunity. #stopthegremspread
