I went into Hancock Whitney to switch my accounts from another bank due to that bank’s lack of customer service. It was an incredible experience dealing with Hancock Whitney and all of their associates. You can absolutely tell that customer service is first and foremost for them, as well as treating every customer with respect, kindness, and honesty. Thank you Patrick, Connie, and Lizette for making switching banks an absolute pleasure! Hancock Whitney is an absolutely amazing bank, and if you’re considering moving banks, a thousand percent give Hancock Whitney your business. You won’t regret it at all!

Set up an account based upon an offer. Have not been impressed with any part of my experience. From online support to customer service. It has all been bush league. Hard to believe a bank could be worse than BOA but Hancock has done it!! Their Website is horrible as well.

Worst bank ever!!!! Tellers are extremely rude. The customer service reps aren't trained properly. This bank is a train wreck. Take your business elsewhere if you can.

Truly an excellent bank, with excellent employees! I've used a variety of their services/products/accounts, and been very pleased with every single aspect so far. Employees are all helpful and knowledgeable, they strive to deliver, and best of all: the attention to detail is there. Without a doubt one of the best banks in the nation, and the best one in the Gulf states. Five stars for Hancock Bank.
