Love Whitney in general, and have been with them for almost 2 decades, but I wanted to let you know that this branch specifically is so amazing. Luckily, they're the one closest to my house, but everyone here will treat you like family. And specifically, Aaron, one of the client relationship specialists has been so helpful in the last 6 months with me getting a new business up and running. If management reads this, please make sure he knows he's appreciated, because he's a huge asset for Hancock Whitney, and it seems like good people are harder and harder to come by these days.

The bank staff is always attentive to my needs and welcomes their customers with a smile. Whitney has really made banking easy for me with the services and offerings they provide. Being one of the only remaining local banks still operating in our community, I am happy to call Whitney my bank of choice. This branch is top notch.

The bank manager has been fantastic. Anytime I have a question that needs to be answered, Chad takes care of it for me or at least points me in the right direction. The bank is clean and I am greeted when I walk in. As a CPA, this is very important to me to know that my accounts and accounts for my clients are addressed properly.

They put my credit card under someone elses name and then lost my card in the mail. Now I'm sitting in a parking lot trying to reach their fraud department with copy right free music on Youtube playing un the background while on hold. Overall, amazing experience.

Best bank ever. Agile and adaptive during hurricanes for sure. They were golden after hurricane katrina and today, one little small thing they did for me reminded me of the human aspects of this bank and its brand. The same DNA is still at Whiney 15 years later. You don't know you need a good bank until you need it. Good times and bad.

Excellent customer experience and fantastic service! While I currently bank with another financial institution, I do use this branch for work transactions. The management and tellers are ALWAYS friendly and welcoming and accommodate all of my needs! Highly recommend going through them if you need to handle any transactions!

I went in to get a personal loan to consolidate some debt. I wasn’t sure if I would qualify. I have to say the rep Aaron Mayers was very kind and helpful. He worked with me to figure out how to get the best rate and which debts should be consolidated. I have recommended him to all my friends. He will be able to help you as well, I am sure of it.

I'm not a customer of the bank but I came in to cash a check due to the unfortunate circumstance that my financial institution was going to place a hold. The staff was very professional and attentive to my needs. I had such a positive experience, I'm considering switching my accounts over to this institution.
