Lawrence Hooks of Hancock Mortgage Partners is absolutely amazing! Buying a house can be one of the most stressful processes that anyone can go through. But Mr. Hooks was always calm, (which helped to substantially minimize my stress level, he was very professional, and extremely hard working! He always made himself available to me, even on weekends, after normal business hours, as well as a major holiday! At one point when he ran into a major hurdle that could have prevented me from getting approved for my home loan, he never gave up! He was tenacious in his efforts to get the deal done, and he did just that! And the deal was done so quickly! I cannot say enough about Mr. Hooks and his team! I've purchased two homes before through two different mortgage companies; but working with this company was the best experience that I have had! If I ever buy another house, I will most definitely utilize their services, again! I highly recommend Hancock Mortgage! You won't be disappointed!

Leo and the whole team were phenomenal. They were upfront about everything and never seemed to be trying to mislead us. When I started the home buying process, I originally started working with the preferred lender from our builder. The original lender went about their business thinking I was going to automatically work with them. My original lender did not think once about consulting with me on what I was about to sign. My realtor, TJ Perez for Core Realty referred me over to Chad Prior and his team. They were terrific from the start. They offered a home buyer consultation before anything was signed or agreed upon.
