We have had our Southampton home owners insurance HRM for the last 7 years and they are one of the best agents we have dealt with. We have recently experience a major leak in our house when we were away and from the minute we called them we got the Michael the owner deal directly with us almost on a daily basis in the beginning. He is first and foremost compassionate for losing almost our personal and house items and certainly the use of the house. He is also very attentive to details and guided us through the process. We are still in the midst of the claim and he has been following up with the adjuster and the insurance company to make sure we get everything done. I highly recommend them.
