I cannot recommend this place enough. The "Leave as family" slogan is exactly what I experienced after buying my first car here! Started with working with Daniel who was super pleasant, helpful, and straight forward about the process while helping me pick out a car. Now Jason - really was the icing on the cake! I am someone who just started building credit & Jason worked absolute magic to get me the best payment possible. He really made everything SO easy and made my family and I really feel like part of the family. Absolutely loving my 2020 Toyota Corolla! We will be returning anytime we need a car!

It took me a little bit to right a review, as I am constantly trying to keep up with life as a new mom! However, that does not take away the complete satisfaction I received from this dealership. I felt welcome, informed, and confident in my trade in. First off, in the past i had a HORRIBLE experience with a DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP that left a bad taste in my mouth for little “mom and pop” shop dealers. Thank goodness this experience was the complete opposite! I turned over my wonderful 2016 Honda Civic in exchange for a 2014 Toyota Rav 4. This was more than just trading in a vehicle. It was a life changing event as I transitioned to the next phase of life as a new mom. Every person I encountered was pleasant and eager to help me and my fiancé. They aren’t just about selling vehicles, they CARE about their customers. I have received several phone calls and messages since my trade, asking how I was adjusting to my new vehicle. That is amazing and reassuring. We have yet to encounter any issues since our purchase a little over 2 weeks ago. I would recommend this place a 1000 times over! If I can give a 0 Star for this dealership, I will. We were waiting for 2 hours over for a Toyota Corolla 2014, and we were ready to pay and also created an insurance policy. When we we’re about to pay Mike from finances or manager who was so rude. He change the price or had a “missed calculation” ($1000 more). They were so unprofessional, and they didn’t accept it was their fault. I’m so disappointed. We were waiting so long for nothing. DONT COME TO BUY AT THIS PLACE YOU ARE WASTING YOUR TIME

I walked in 20 minutes before closing on a Saturday after I found the car I wanted online. Wyatt was able to help me right away. They are professional and have better prices then carmax. It was simple, fast, and I got a warrenty for the next 60k miles. Overall very happy with the purchase.

I bought a 2013 corolla from Angela this past week, and she was amazing! There were a few problems with the car that I had picked out, and she along with Justin made sure that everything was absolutely taken care of, including getting a couple tires and exterior detailing fixed. Everyone there was knowledgeable and extremely friendly. For being a local dealership, there are plenty of cars to choose from, all at pretty good prices, especially compared to a lot of places in this area. It was an easy process to purchase the car, and they walked us through all of the information really well to make sure we understood everything.

This dealership has a no hassle environment and they do not push a sale on you. For that I’m very appreciative and I was able to drive off the lot with the car I wanted. It was a long Saturday. Despite having spent more time at Hampstead than I typically do sleeping, it was a wonderful experience. It was non-stop customer after customer, coordinated chaos. Brian was excellent. Having only been with Hampstead for three weeks and learning a new industry, he was very knowledgeable (quick learner), provided great information and direction. He kept us informed and engaged every step of the way. Everyone we spoke with was amazing, the kind of people you want to hang with on a Saturday. Anyone looking for their first or next vehicle should definitely put Hampstead at the top of their list! They care!

I just purchased my second car from Hampstead and have been delighted with both. The quality to price ratio was great and incredibly competitive. The 10 day, everything warranty and 4 mo drive train warranty go a long way to add confidence in this really difficult market. CJ and Mike were the best! I highly recommend them.

My husband and I met with Brian on Saturday 3/19 to test drive a car. He was very personable and knowledgeable. The dealership was extremely busy so I highly recommend making an appointment. All employees were very friendly. We ended up buying the vehicle and are very happy with our purchase! Definitely check them out if you are looking for a used car.

Danny and Alan were extremely helpful. We walked in without an appointment, with 6 cars on our list, while they were already busy! Dan showed us every car and checked each one thoroughly with us. They made sure we were happy every step of the way. The HPO reconditioning process is fantastic and the best around. You know you're getting a quality vehicle. They were completely transparent with all of the pricing and fees. Jason in finance was also great and made the finance process quick and easy. They have a great service contract setup as well! I won't be worrying about a thing anytime soon 🙏

Overall great experience with Joe. I bought my 2013 CR-V in January and wanted to wait awhile to write this review. With this market I thought the overall price was a little much, but the car was really well maintained and I felt it was worth the money. The reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is because I already had to take it to a shop to get its oil changed and transmission looked at. Also would’ve liked a full tank of gas before I left but that’s more my fault for not negotiating that in. It’s clear they care about their customers, they aren’t pushy in the sales process and will constantly ask if you need a water or something else to drink. I do recommend buying from here if you want a good price with great customer service

Everyone was great! Very nice staff. I worked with multiple people and all were very personable and honest. Maddi helped me set up an appointment. Jason from sales helped me test drive multiple vehicles. Nemo from service gave me a fair price for my trade in and made sure the vehicle I purchased was in the best condition. David in finance was able to work with me so I could find a car within my budget. I had a set budget which did not have much wiggle room, and I was prepared to walk away, but I never felt pressured to accept an offer over my budget. The wide selection of vehicles brought me in and the fantastic staff is why I left with a new to me car!

Well let me start off with my man Brian , dude this guy went above and beyond to make sure I was happy , drove over an hour to get there after I was off work and jumped right into showing me what they had to drive off the lot that day , Was able to test drive a few vehicles and was very picky with what I wanted and Brian was patient through the whole process. They ended up staying 2 hours passed their closing time to take care of me and make sure I was able to drive a car off the lot that night . I couldn’t be happier with my Optima . It’s a great car . Overall would definitely recommend, although didn’t directly work with her , Ginger was very kind and checked in multiple times throughout the process and she was wonderful as well ! I visited this dealership from an hour and a half away, the same day I called about a 2017 Honda Civic LX on their lot. Based on the thousands of positive Google reviews, their thorough CarFax reports, and great pricing, I was confident I was going to drive away from the dealership that same day with a great deal on a car. I initially called Ginger, who was great with helping me pre qualify for a car loan and was really easygoing. I talked to my dad about driving down, and he called the dealership to make sure the car was still available. He spoke to Jennifer, who was happy to inform us that the car was still available. My salesman, Daniel, was very friendly and treats you as a friend first customer second. My finance manager, Jason, was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the warranty packages available. He even offered us a discount on the warranty, based on me being a student and my dad a veteran. I feel confident that this car will last a long time. All in all, the staff makes you feel at home and got me a great deal on a car! Update- the car had problems with the AC, and Hampstead pre owned handled this exceedingly. The condenser was corroded and would leak freon, a Honda factory defect. Honda offers a service bulletin with an extended warranty, but this does not appear on a standard VIN search nor a CarFax, so Hampstead was unaware of this issue when selling me the car. After explaining the situation to the service department, they were swift to take a look at the car and help me out going forward. I’d like to thank Doug, who explained that yes my condenser was corroded and he took pictures of it for proof. He instructed me to go to Honda corporate regarding the service bulletin and if they gave me any issues he would straighten it out. I scheduled a repair through a local Honda service center, Martin Honda, and they tried to charge me $1200 for the condenser replacement! And this is why I’m so grateful Hampstead’s service department took pictures. I told Martin Honda my dealership has proof it was a Honda defect and to let me contact them before touching my car. Martin Honda quickly changed their mind and honored the service bulletin. Long story short, Hampstead preowned stuck with me through a rocky road of service bulletins and factory defects and were dedicated to making it right.

We had a great experience buying a car at Hampstead. Brian, Joe, and Bill were all amazing and went above and beyond to get us behind the wheel, despite a challenging credit situation! They did everything in their power to ensure we got what we wanted. We will definitely be back to purchase another vehicle through them. Amazing service!

Alan was very professional and the young female manager was very attentive to the fact that my Granddaughter had just purchased her first ride that she owns all by herself. The vehicle seems to be a quality vehicle and the price seems competitive. This was the ONLY used car dealership in the Westminster MD area with a high BBB rating. Also had very high marks on Social media. So far so good!!!

The truck I bought was as advertised and they put the truck on a lift so I could completely examine the frame (most trucks are shiny on top and rusty underneath). Once I was happy and had a thorough test drive we closed the deal. Everyone was friendly and professional from our salesman Wyatt to the finance officer. Good vehicles, fair price, honest presentation, I'd recommend this dealership to anyone.

Really great experience at Hampstead. Worked with Joe D. in sales and Joe G. in financing. Both were super helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns. There was no pressure to make a purchase, and the process was super easy from start to finish. They really try to make sure you're comfortable and happy with your purchase! Also there was a very good puppy in the office, which is an ideal buying environment.

They just don’t sell cars, fully staffed mechanical repair and body & paint facilities offer Hampstead the ability to fix and service the vehicle you purchased. Kudos to the entire staff!

Help me buy my first car. Amazing 2014 Honda Civic the dealership even cleaned and fixed the problems for NO extra cost. My father traded in his perfect 2017 Honda Accord and they gave him 18,000 for it and they’re selling it for only 21,000 so they’re definitely not up charging you Especially since they repair and clean it for free. Their sales team loves their boss and it really shows. Free snacks (like small bags of chips and maybe even pizza) and drinks while you wait. Too bad it’s 6 hours away or else I’d buy every car I ever own from there.

Drove down from NY, pricing was that good. Cars were clean and extremely well restored. Sales force loves their boss and their work and it shows. I've bought 20+ cars never liked the experience till now. So good I bought two cars and took them back to NY.

For starters this dealership has the largest most reasonably priced used car inventory in the DMV. Our salesman Wyatt was friendly kind and knowledgeable. Our finance manager Joe was also fast fun and he gave us a great discount on the warranty. The salesman Joe and customer relations manager Ginger had absolutely nothing to do with my sale but still made it a point to ensure we had the beer car buying experience we’ve ever had. Even if they didn’t have such an awesome referral program I’d still be sending everyone I know to Hampstead Pre-Owned!

We recently helped our teenage daughter buy a very nice Honda CRV from Hampstead Preowned. Everyone on the staff that we dealt with were an absolute pleasure to work with - from Anthony the owner, to Wyatt the salesperson, to the service department. After purchasing the vehicle, our mechanic found a few things that needed to be fixed. The service department took care of everything to make sure we were satisfied. I truly felt like they just wanted to make sure my daughter had a safe car to drive. I would 100% recommend!

Absolutely horrible. Can't believe my friend had to go through everything they have. Been on this rodeo for bout two years now. Think it's two cars in. Listened to the phone call with this place and removing negative reviews to fix the lemon they sold. Some backwater stuff here. Wouldn't go down in the south I tell you that. Ain't no way a place should be this dishonest and manipulative. Selling lemons and then harassing mechanics that worked on the car providing physical proof, codes, and diagnostics? That's just unprofessional.

My experience Hampstead Preowned was great; very friendly staff and large selection of quality cars! So far the car I purchased runs smoothly. During the car buying process I met with several different employees, all of which were very kind and easy to talk to. I only experienced a long wait one time when the office was very busy, otherwise I was seen very quickly. Overall I would highly recommend Hampstead Preowned!

I would not recommend this place to a friend or family member. The car salesman‘s are only after your money. I got a IOU statement from them stating they were going to install a remote start on the car. Several months passed and still no remote start. But they somehow found a way to say they won’t do it even though I had a written statement from them, how convenient. The car had several issues with the engine after 3 months of having the car. I had to get the engine replaced because the car broke down on the highway. Also don’t believe their good reviews, they convince you to leave them a good review after you get the car. Bet you if people gave them real reviews they’d be at 2.3 stars. Don’t go here

The people here are always helpful and friendly, they have gone Above and Beyond so many times for me I’m the past, and even went further today! I came in to help a friend look at a car today, I always recommend this place to people I know who are looking, since the day I bought my car here. Well A few weeks ago my dad had backed into my car scratching it, and I had mentioned it to Mike(Nemo) while my friend was talking paperwork on his new purchase, and he asked me to see it. To my surprise, when he saw it, he took my keys and told me he will have it back to me in a bit! They fixed my bumper paint to look good as new! I can’t say enough how wonderful this place has been, from Dan who helped us buy my friends car today, to Ginger always helping in every aspect of the job, and Mike always making sure his customers truly get treated like family, even well after the purchase!!!

I brought my teenage daughter to buy her first car and I can’t imagine a better experience. I ain’t a person that looks forward to going to car dealerships, but I am seriously considering dropping by just to have a cup of coffee and chat a bit even when I don’t need a car. In addition to the friendliness, I walked out feeling very good about the value of the purchase. I don’t always feel that way. This is my second purchase here and will not be my last.

Went in to buy a $15000 vehicle with my fiancé. After “fees” total was $18000. We had $6000 to put down leaving $12000 to be financed. I don’t have the greatest credit but not the worst either. They said my interest rate would be 24% At 72 months and a $400 payment…. For $12,000!? I held in my rage and we politely left. I’ve had worse credit with no money down and have bought more expensive cars at a much lower percentage. This place is a scam. Don’t go here!

Once we identified the car we were interested in -the sales team made the process easy considering we live over two hours away from the dealership -Wyatt was terrific in getting everything set up and Joe handled the financing process very nicely. Once we test drove the car-we were in and out of the dealership in less than one hour -we would highly recommend the team at Hampstead Pre-Owned!

Bumpy experience with a Mazda 6 purchase in February. Saturday of a holiday weekend and the system went down forcing all sales to be postponed until Monday. No problem, these things happen. Make the trip back on Monday and waited 2 hours to sign the paperwork. No problem, it was a holiday Monday and they were very busy. Realized later that week that the finance manager "accidentally" added a $2000 warranty to the purchase without our knowledge. Of course, he was very apologetic an said they would get it removed from the warranty company ASAP. I received a call on March 16 that they just found a note to contact the warranty company about the contract error. To their credit, they quickly expedited the request and had the $2,000 removed from the pending balance. inquired today about when we might expect the permanent license tags and were informed there was a problem with the original inspection and we need to bring the car back to get it inspected later this week. Hoping we get the tags soon.

Drove an hour and a half to buy my car here and it was worth every second! I came for the low, no-haggle price, but everyone I interacted with was great, and Mike and CJ were particularly helpful. I was also impressed by how open and honest they were, not something you typically expect from a used car dealer; the car I was interested in showed a no-accident CarFAX but they disclosed to me that it HAD likely been in a sideswipe accident. Highly recommended

My sales rep Brian did a fantastic Job. I went to Hampstead Preowned to get a more fuel efficient car to travel to and from work. I decided to go with a Kia optima. After having the vehicle for the weekend I felt like this wasn’t the right vehicle for me. So Brian reached out to me and asked me to come in and see what he can do. Brian was very understanding and he managed to find a much better car that suited my needs. Without hesitation we traded cars and was in and out in no time. A few days later Brian reaches out to me again to make sure that I’m still enjoying my new vehicle. This is how vehicle shopping should be. I will definitely be shopping there again in the future.

Hampstead Pre-Owned was off the beaten path from my location but I’m so glad I found them! Everyone was friendly but it was the details of the experience that stood out. There was a hiccup with my financing so while I was waiting for that to be sorted out the GM went out of his way to help me and explain what was going on, and then they bought me lunch on top of it. I received a better quote for my trade-in than both CarMax and another dealer had offered and the price of my vehicle was also cheaper than what I was finding elsewhere. Since my purchase I’ve received follow-up messages from a few people, which makes the whole experience feel far more personal than a company trying to make a sale. Would highly recommend!

Great experience. I have to call out Ginger, she was amazing! I didn't feel pressured in the slightest. I went to purchase a relatively inexpensive vehicle, and they did not try to push anything else on me! I was very happy with the customer service I received at Hampstead Pre-Owned, especially after being give the runaround by some other dealerships. John was very pleasant to work with and took his time to help me find a vehicle that was a good fit for me and break down the payment and fees for me up front so I knew exactly what I'd be paying for. Within a week of purchasing my vehicle, my mechanic informed me that transmission fluid was leaking from one of the seals. Although they were busy, the service team at Hampstead was able to squeeze me in and get the issue resolved the same day. I would love to give a full 5 stars, but such an issue should have been caught before the vehicle was sold. Regardless, they took care of it in a very professional manner. If they can step up their inspections to make sure that no further issues like that slip past them in the future this would be the perfect place to buy a used car. I love my Honda Fit and truly appreciate the Hampstead Pre-Owned team.

All I can say is WYATT! Lol I found Hampstead when looking online and saw they had literally the best prices within a 50 mile radius of me so I made the drive up to test drive a few options. They have a ton of different cars to choose from and all of the cars are well-maintained and detailed to perfection. While waiting for documents on my end to move forward with the purchase, Wyatt was continuously communicative and did a great job of never making me feel pressured. After a week of waiting I finally got the car I had been wanting for a whole and at a great price. I highly recommend!

A really delightful experience. I had heard this place was a good, straight dealer and I needed a winter car, so I made an appointment this past Monday. When I arrived, I met a salesperson who wanted to understand my requirements and what I wanted to use the car for...it was a good discussion. The salesperson suggested I look at a particular car they had in stock. I had done some research and was familiar with this model; with one significant difference: The one they had in stock was a newer model than I had been looking for but was priced like the older ones I had looked at. I learned they had replaced two tires, wipers and changed the oil prior to putting it on the line. It was also professionally cleaned and "good to go". Of course, I decided to go with that one! The dealer experience was more like working with family than what I had learned to expect. Even the business office finance specialist patiently answered my questions and got me as good a deal on a finance rate as I would have if I'd taken hours on the phone. Lastly, when I mentioned my wife did not like to drive at night and asked if they could keep the car for me overnight, they offered to deliver it. I didn't really think they knew I lived almost an hour away, but they told me "no problem". They did deliver it, even put some gas in it for me! The gentlemen who delivered the car to my house were professional and friendly. If I find I want another car, I know exactly where to go. Thanks for all you do at Hampstead Pre-Owned!

This was my first time buying a car on my own and it was a good considering how crazy the used car market is right now. They were able to hold the vehicle for me while I traveled, very knowledgeable of the vehicle I purchased, everyone was very friendly and willing to help out to ensure a good car buying experience, and genuinely excited for me when I purchased the car. I wish they threw in some new windshield wipers because they were shot and maybe a tank of gas BUT it was still an all around good experience.

He hooked me up with a full tank of gas and all weather floor mats when I purchased the car. For a 2018 Hyundai Elantra Limited I came out good.

I brought my car about 3 months ago from this dealership. I wanted to wait to write my review to make sure I made the right purchase. I went to this dealership 3 times before making a purchase. The first time I went I almost left with a car that was not worth the price because the salesman made me feel rushed and like I had no other options. I then found another car on this lot, and when I went back John helped me out. John was so amazing in making sure I had a safe and reliable car to get me where I need to go. He communicated with me frequently, and did not make me feel rushed or unsure about my decision. After purchasing my car I had my mechanic check it out and he also confirmed that this was a good buy. Buying a used car can be so stressful because you want to make sure it is not a lemon. If you come here, make sure you go to john. His desk is right by the entrance so you will not miss him. As far as financing the car, I went with a credit union. Overall, I do not think this review would be this good if I had a different salesman.

I purchased a car at Hampstead with Danny as my salesman. He was very efficient and handled the sale with the utmost customer service and followup. He even went as far as driving to my house (an hour away) so that I could provide the title for my old vehicle. After the sale was completed, I had a minor issue that needed to be sorted out. Danny followed up the next day to see if things were resolved and assured me that the appropriate point of contact would be in touch. Excellent customer service is what this dealership lives by and they show it through actions not just words.

Just days after a crash on 83 left my old car totaled, I was able to find a much better car for a reasonable price. They have the biggest inventory of all the surrounding Baltimore dealerships. The staff is friendly and easy to work with even if things are pretty busy. It’s worth the trip if you live farther out from Carroll County.

I purchased my first car this past weekend here, and overall it was a good experience. After visiting multiple dealerships, I must say the customer service here is one of the best I’ve experienced during this journey. Joe, was very pleasant which made the buying process a good one.. Joanna was also super pleasant. Pros: 1. The staff in general were welcoming. 2. They have a variety of car options. 3.Warranty options Cons: 1. My car was not detailed 2. Tank was nearly on E 3. They charge extra fees (freight + reconstruction) 4. Price is 100% nonnegotiable Unfortunately, my car was not cleaned properly, or at all and with all the excitement of buying the car, I didn’t realize until after I left the lot. Once the sun started to set, it revealed just how dirty the mirrors and windows were and on my home I literally had to pull over and clean them because I could not see. After investigating further, it looked as it the car itself had not been cleaned. They did spray something in the car which lead me to believe it was but as I said, I truly was so excited I didn’t thoroughly check before leaving. I did however realize that the tank was way too close to E before leaving. I asked if they could add gas and they were very understanding and was able to fill my tank. I appreciate that. All in all, I would recommend this dealership. I do suggest taking a little time to check your vehicle before leaving.

SOMEONE GOT GREEDY - I recently found a vehicle for my daughter on their website. I had purchased a vehicle from previously. (Loyal customer returns..right??). The 11 year old vehicle was over-priced, but we were willing to fork over the advertised price plus fees. I asked the salesman for the "out-the-door price." I noticed that the dealer has added a $500 "Certification" fee, something I did not pay just 9 months ago in our previous purchase from this dealer. I questioned this additional fee and tried to negotiate it off the price. Well, I was given $100 credit for being a return customer..and scolded by the saleman that , "All fees are non-negotiable." We were then told that the advertised fee ONLY applied to customers who use their financing. Another $500.00 fee was tacked on. In addition to the other fees, we were looking at over $2000.00 in fees for a 11 year old over-priced Toyota. We walked out of that dealership NEVER to return. Buyer beware!!

I literally stumbled upon Hampstead Pre-Owned in Hampstead, MD online, while looking for a Honda Pilot. Jennifer, Angela and Brooke were fabulous in walking this first time car buyer, through a myriad of car questions and the credit approval process. The next step was to schedule a test drive, but I had no transportation! Hampstead sent Juan, who was wonderful, to pick us up at our home in Pa (a 1 ½ hour drive)!! When we arrived at Hampstead, we met Wyatt Adams, our incredible salesman. Lamont is a gifted and knowledgeable salesperson. The dealership website is the best I have ever experienced. The selection was great and the quality of the vehicles offered and the pricing was outstanding. The staff, Jennifer, Michael and Jason were excellent. Best experience ever with a car dealership.

Fees galore!! I drove an hour and spent about 2.5 hours looking at cars for my 16 year old daughter here in early December. The salesperson was great and told me that since i was a cash buyer, all i would be responsible for was the cost of the car. Tax, title, and the rest would be handled when i registered the car in Pa. When I decided on a vehicle, the price i was given was over $1300 more than the sticker price. It included a $500 “contract fee,” a $500 “certification fee,” plus a few hundred more in other fees. When the sales manager came out, he tried explaining these bogus fees, but why do you need a contract fee on a cash transaction? And what am i certifying for $500? These are all bogus fees meant to line the dealerships pocket. They advertise for one price online and on apps to make it seem like its a “great deal” and then pull this when you show up. Avoid this dealership and don’t waste your time.

After trying to buy a car through private sale, we decided to tryout Hampstead Pre-owned and we could not be happier. Ginger, our salesperson, was so patient and knowledgeable. Even when we thought we were looking for a Honda or a Toyota, she introduced us to a Mazda that we fell in love with. After we took it home, a couple of little things came up and Douglas from the service department was there to make sure we were properly taken care of. He has restored my faith in car dealerships!!!! I was really pleased with my experience with Hampstead Pre-Owned. My salesman Danny was very knowledgeable and personable. He is a real people's person. He relates to the customers well. The GM, Nemo, was extremely attentive to my concerns and responsive to my request. He even made sure to address issues that would have altered my decision by personally giving me his word that if any issues came up with my vehicle he would make sure it was addressed. That's how much he stands by his cars! Ginger, my salesman supervisor, was engaging and seemed genuinely concerned that I was handle with care. Jason was the financial person who finalized our deal. He was careful to make sure that I was protected as a customer. That I understood every detail as I was signing all the documents. He made sure I was protected, in his words, " from the Rooter to the Tooter"!! Lastly Brian so graciously assisted me with my tags and making sure that they were properly installed. This was a great team of people to work with!

I purchased a used Corolla for my kids first car this winter. A friend recommended I look at buying from this dealer. He went with me as a former mechanic to make sure the car I purchased was sound. Overall the experience was ok. I would have given them 3-stars because the majority of my experience wasn’t all that great. It came down to communication. I had to follow up ever step of the way to buy the car. It wasn’t until I complained that I got the white glove experience. I didn’t have much of an experience with one particular staff member either. The sales guy “assigned” to us was ok but not attentive to our needs. I basically bought a car from here because of my buddy who knows cars. I am hoping I made a good decision. It would have been nice to get some newer floor mats too. The ones that came with the car look original and yet the rest of the car was cleaned up and mostly new paint. The management got involved at the end to get my transaction moving and I was happy with the final service. They were busy - I get it. Yet that means they need to work on improving systems. The man who delivered my car was actually the best. Two thumbs up!

Scouring the internet for vehicles I came across this random dealership in Maryland (I'm coming from PA). I ended up reserving a vehicle to hold till I was able to get there over a weekend. My buddy and I headed down on a Saturday. Driving up I wasn't expecting anything special, but pulling up this place was 'hopping'. I was surprised to see so many people buying cars in one place. I had been speaking with Jennifer to start this process and she was an absolute delight and very helpful. When on site, I was greeted by the sales rep, Wyatt. This guy was the absolute man for this whole process. I ended up going back and forth between two cars. Super helpful, super knowledgeable. And since I wasn't able to take the car home the same day, he took the time to drive the car back to my house all the way in PA for me that following Monday. I couldn't believe it. So helpful for me. I did end up going back for an exchange (you have 7 days to do an exchange) and was greeted by the assistant GM, a miss Ginger. With Wyatt off that day, she came on the test drive with me and she was absolutely wonderful. Mike the GM also hooked it up with making sure I was completely satisfied with my final choice. All in all, this place makes you immediately feel like you're buying a car from people you've known for years even though you've just met. You instantly feel like family. I have no complaints whatsoever. I would 1000% recommend coming here.

I was shopping for a safe and reasonably priced car for my daughter who is about to get her license. After looking at several dealers I found Hampstead Preowned. Hampstead has a great selection, and all their cars were clean and ready to be 'taken home'. Most would expect this, but I found out many other dealers do not prep their cars as well as Hampstead does. While the staff was incredibly busy, they quickly saw and were very friendly. We drove several cars. Angela helped us find the cars, she was very detailed and helped us find several cars that fit our taste and budget. Jennifer was our test-drive partner and she was a blast to have along for the ride. CJ ultimately helped us through the sales process once we had found a great car. Everyone was incredibly friendly; the prices were reasonable, and the selection was great. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a used car to check out Hampstead Preowned!

They totally hooked me up, listened to everything I wanted. Went with the finance company that I wanted to go with and didn’t try to persuade me into any additional lenders. They made it happen for me, down to the exact down payment I wanted. I couldn’t be happier to FINALLY be in an SUV. The Highlander that I purchased from them is in excellent condition and rides so smooth. I can’t think of a single negative thing to say. Everyone is great and so welcoming. I live in Northern Virginia and was having a hard time finding something locally. I came across Hampstead Pre-Owned and saw a bunch of positive reviews. From the moment I called to schedule a test drive to when my wife and I drove out the lot with a new car, we were helped with every step of the process. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and my wife and I could tell they wanted it to be a comfortable experience for everyone. Jennifer, whom I only spoke to over the phone, was very friendly. It should have taken us an hour and a half to drive from Northern Virginia to Hampstead, but of course there was traffic. Jennifer made sure we were still able to do our test drive despite being an hour late. Ginger said she doesn't usually do test drives, but took the time to go out on one with me and my wife. She never rushed or pressured us as we took our time inspecting the car before the test drive. On the drive, she was very personable and we even traded dog stories! After the drive, she provided clear explanations of the various costs before handing us over to Joe to talk about financing. Joe was super helpful, funny, and made sure we understood what was on each page and what each number meant. He even caught a couple mistakes which he immediately fixed to make sure everything went through properly! After signing the dotted line, we rang the bell (do it for Ginger!) and drove off into the sunset. Literally! Due to the traffic, we arrived a half hour before they closed and the whole process took about a couple hours. Everyone was still friendly, helpful, and didn't rush us despite being long past closing time. It's been a week now and I noticed a couple lights were out along with one of the wiper blades starting to come off. Doug with their service department said I could bring it in and they would replace everything. Just as I was about to start the long drive, Doug calls me back to tell me they have a partnership with Advance Auto Parts and I could just pick up the parts nearby! Instead of making a 3 hour round trip, I only had to drive a few minutes! Thanks to Doug for providing an alternative! Overall, the whole experience was great and my car is working just fine. I would highly recommend Hampstead Pre-Owned!
