Jordan Reichmann is the best loan officer compared to anyone in my opinion. I had a weird and complex situation that only he was able to navigate around (I talked to three or four lenders and the rest said I was out of luck in terms of qualifying for a mortgage). Not only that, he took out time even in the evenings to get back to me on the many questions and concerns I had as a first time home buyer. I didn't expect it to go so smoothly, it really felt like he was a magician. I would absolutely recommend Jordan and Hallmark mortgage for anyone looking to get a mortgage loan.

I'm not sure how to rate an experience with a mortgage company especially since everything was done by phone or computer. And because at my age I wasn't the most successful computer customer there were times when I'm sure it was as frustrating for Hallmark as it was for me. However, I did manage to get most of my questions answered. Things have changed dramatically since we last secured a mortgage and I think that was the most confusing and stressful part of the equation. The Hallmark team did a good job in getting everything accomplished on both ends.
