Highly recommend Krystal Hurley! As a first time home buyer I couldn't imagine a better experience. Krystal was available and prompt throughout the entire process. My favorite thing about Krystal was how willing she was to explain things to me throughout the entire process. She definitely has the heart of a teacher. It was important to me that I understand everything that was happening throughout the process and Krystal exceeded my expectations. Mark Meussling is the man to see. He was referred to as “the best” by people we know, and he certainly lived up to those words. He was very organized and easy to get a hold of, no matter the time of day. He did a great job keeping us posted through every step of our loan process, too! After we closed on our home, he stuck around and showed us some figures he had calculated to help us save money and cut down our loan length. He could have gone home and called it a day, especially since there was a snow storm at that moment, but instead he chose to service us further. My husband and I recently got the experience of working with Bob Goodnight to purchase our first home. I originally started off with getting my pre-approval from Quicken Loans, but after going and seeing some homes and talking with my realtor more she gave me Bob's information. Bob was able to save my husband and I money through a Hero program in Ohio with me being a teacher. I had no idea about the programs for teachers! Bob not only helped me take advantage of these programs but he also took the time and explained all of my paperwork to me. Bob made our home buying experience as easy as possible. I would highly recommend working with him.

Alyssa Tokos is amazing! She went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care off. She was always available to talk to whenever I had questions about our loan. We had a pretty crazy process with our VA appraisal and she stayed on top of it throughout the whole process. I highly recommend her for anyone needing a home loan.

The refinance experience with Bob was great. He helped me get a good rate which i thought was very hard to get. He seems to have a great deal of experience with different procedures that some of the big banks I tried to go with apparently never knew about. There was a few small hiccups in the process with the numbers being a bit different in the online document signing, but i will put the blame mostly on the program itself. Overall, I believe the pricing was fair with great service.

I was so so thankful for Alyssa and her time that she took with me. She didn't pressure us to make any decisions immediately and was available directly at all stages of our loan process. I was previously so frustrated with calling big name mortgage companies who were incessant and pushy and called constantly. Best mortgage transaction EVER! I used Hallmark for the purchase of my 3rd house and wished I had used them in the past. GREAT communication! I was able to text and communicate with our originator, Kerynne, anytime of day and she was very responsive. This definitely beats the traditional bank route with typical 9a-5p hours. Hallmark had better rates and overall costs than my Credit Union. They laid out several mortgage scenarios and helped pick the best option for me. Their app and portal is a great asset that helps with the transfer of necessary documents and information relay. Hallmark's business is mortgages and they certainly know what they're doing and have the tools to make the process as painless as possible. If there is ever another mortgage to be written in my future, Hallmark will definitely have my business.

The entire Hallmark Home Mortgage office in Ft Wayne is truly a unique experience you will not get anywhere else guaranteed. The whole office has been hand selected from other companies over the last decade plus. They truly do have the customer's experience and interest in mind and will not steer you down a bad direction like other places do. Most of their business is return customers for a very good reason.
