We bought a home through them a few years ago and Al Ashland has ignored us and never called us back about a few issues. The Previous owner of the house stole a latter and they never made sure the garage door and screens for our windows Where fixed as it stated in our contract. We called and emailed them about this and still years later have not heard back. I called today I feel as though they made their sale off of us and just wrote us off even though it’s in our contract that these things where addressed. Just makes me sad.
