Have been using this pawn shop for years gave them well over 2k in business throughout the years. All I wanted was 50 bucks for games worth well over 900. Good to know where to take my business from here on out

I went to the half price pawnshop to look at some rings. I saw a ring that was really right for me . Karen Cruz helped me with the purchase. She was not pushy In the sale and was very pleasant and patient with me.. I recommend you to visit this pawnshop. They have a nice selection of jewelry and it is nicely priced I will be going there from now on.

Ellie has horrible customer service. I called to make a payment on my loan and she was very rude. She was being very snappy and rushing me on the phone. If people don’t like the job they do they should find another one. I don’t believe I did anything for her to be so freaking RUDE! Never had this problem.

If you’re going to pawn something, pawn it there. 100% of the way...they’ll work with yah. Lowest interest rate compared to competitors. Literally pawned my laptop 6 months ago to this date, some how they’ve managed to work it out for me. If tough times call and, this is your last resort. Trust me you won’t regret, life saver. I visited Half Price Pawn for a loan on some gold bars I had. I believe the manager's name was Oscar. He and his staff was extremely helpful and very accomodating. They are definitely my "go to" shop for secured loans on valuables. Thank you Half Price Pawn! (Norene)

Went in with two 14k gold bracelets weighing in at 19.5 grams total and they offered me $300... Saying it had to be scrapped... The next place i went to offered me $600. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs if you are selling jewelry or silver/gold. I see why their name is Half Price....

They will sell you replicas at a high price almost the the price for the original and will not tell you it’s a replica most of the items are too over priced and worn out

I never dealt much with pawn shops. But recently I was needing some cash and I took a luxury watch there and got exactly what I asked for. I made payments for a good 6 months and then CORONAVIRUS STRUCK. It became hard to make payments and I even became late on some payments and each time I would get a call from Oscar reminding me of my payments that are past due. I tried and tried and other priorities caused me to believe that the watch was gone and I would not be able to pay in time to get it back. Oscar extended the final dates a few times and after I finally sadly accepted I would not be able to get it back. One day out of the blue I was paid some cash I wasnt expecting to receive. I thought I was too late though, then I get a text message saying my default date had a few more days left. I believe on the day before the last day I went to pay my watch off and get it back. Its only because Oscar who gave me several chances I never asked for. I can tell from his actions he cares for his customers. He could have took the watch and resold it but he chose rather to keep a customer. I am now a customer for life if I am ever in that situation again. Oscar and this pawn shop treat you with respect and are patient when they do not have to be. THANK YOU OSCAR! You give a good name to the pawn industry.
