Jeremy treated my pregnant wife with extreme dignity and respect. This is the first pawnshop I have ever visited. Jeremy made the experience extremely positive. He is honest and very fair. At the same time he is a very good businessman and judge of character.

In this day and age of digital shopping, where the largest Mall open 24/7 is right in your pocket it's nice to know there are still ways to shop and save. And that's H&B, I have been shopping there for years and purchased several items from computers to a prized Harmon /Kardon Onyx speaker. Ask for Jeremy knowledgeable with excellent and sincere customer service.

Extremely courteous I was in and out pretty quickly they extended every courtesy to me showing me items in their cases and in the window displays very kind.

Jeremy was so awsome...he treated me like I was his only coustomer...which was not the case.. Great service and gave me a better deal than I expected.

Anna was fun yet knowledgeable. I was looking for something in particular for my niece but they didn't have it. Anna was so friendly and helpful she helped me to find a different ring for myself.

I have done business with this company for some time now in Salem, Ore but mainly in McMinnville, Oregon where I live. I have bought thier merchandise and they have bought mine. And when I have been in need they Always take my pawns and give me what I need to get to my next payday. From the first time I ever walked into Capital Pawn in "Mac" Myself and 3 friends were greeted by " I won't mention any names but her name starts with a " S " lol... we had just left happy hour so you can imagine what she was dealing with ( in a fun way ) all 4 of us were throwing questions at her all about total opposite items, laughing and being silly mean while " S " maintained her composure and her professionalism and she was able to keep up and throw answers to every question we had asked without skipping a beat, and she even smiled the whole time. The salem store has good genuine folks also. Than today, I was in a bind, I was out of town and NO one to turn too. The only thing I had was a ring that I could pawn till next payday ( A ring that " S " sold me at the Mac store). But I.did not want to pawn with any other pawn shops but I had NO choice today. So I Google pawn shops near me, and low and behold , I see this one and it says it's name and something Capital Pawn! I went directly to the store, I walked in and immediatly.was greeted by Kaine (behind the window) and another young man cleaning glass. The first thing I asked Kaine was.. . Are you guys affiliated with McMinnville and Salem stores and he said yes. I was so relieved. I was now comfortable about doing my pawn out of town in Portland, Ore. The ORA I felt was the same ORA you get at the other two stores, Genuine goodness from good hearted, honest people. I explsined to Kaine that I would like to pawn my item. I gave him my driver's license and the item he immediately said " it looks like you paid this much for it, I can give you up to this much" So here Again, I am floored by Capital Pawn and the way they display thier above and beyond work ethics of making thier customers feel real good about doing business with them. Kaine was able to look up and verify that I did purchase the item at the Mac store for how much and was able to give me a loan amount at once, he let me choose how much and had me on my way (with a smile). I am a real customer and I apologize for this long rating but I am hoping that your future customers and present customers read these so they too will feel safe and leave feeling good about doing business at Capital Pawn. We all know that a trip to the local pawn shop is NOT usually because we want to go, it's usually because we are in a bind and need some instant cash and we are usually taking our personal items that we don't really want to let go so, as a rule it's NOT fun when you have to go do a pawn. I guess what I want yo say is, Thank You Kaine in Portland and " S " in Mac and everyone at all the Capital Pawns because you all have been a pleasure to work with. Thank you all, M " in Mac"

Great customer service... Quick, brief and to the point. Very helpful and informative on all items I was interested. Will continue being a customer and recommend friends.

They really helped me out when I needed quick cash. They don't cheat you out and are very efficient with their service.

The staff here are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. My every experience here has been a delight. Everybody should at least once come and see what they have because they have a hodgepodge up really great stuff and they're willing to work with you thank you guys for all you do.
