Taking My Biz elsewhere This review is for the service center, not sales. I made an appointment over the phone for my CRV. The guy on the phone was very nice. The man who spoke with me at the desk, however, was extremely **condescending** --treating me like a "dumb female" who surely doesn't know her car. Also, as I waited in the lounge for my car, I saw him treat an elderly couple the same way. He was extremely rude to customers. I wonder if he really wants his job. As a result, I took my business elsewhere.

We have leased several vehicles from Gustman and have been very pleased with this dealership. Special kudos to Tony- he always does his best to deliver a great deal for us and is a pleasure to work with.

Gustman will be my destination for all my future Honda service needs. I was told by Bergstrom Honda that my CRV needed a head replacement and that they would not perform the repair. They said since it was an older model and parts were not readily available I would have to go elsewhere. Gustman was my next stop and the experience was night and day. They informed me after inspecting the head that there was one burned out valve and it was likely that it could be replaced. The repair was perormed quickly and the estimate was accurate. My CRV is running like a champ after several parts were replaced and serviced at what I surely consider a fair price. They even were able to provide me with a brand new car for a loaner for the couple days my car was in the shop. This was a huge help as I commute over an hour into appleton for school.

I just went in to have my transmission fluid changed. My low air tire light was on, and they found that one of my tires had picked up a teeny tiny piece of grey steel. They took it out, and plugged my tire at n/c. They went the extra mile, and made my day, and they washed my car as well for me! Wonderful, friendly, nice staff. God bless you all!

I purchased a used vehicle from this location a couple months ago. Quickly after purchasing it, I heard a rubbing sound in the front end. Since it was a used vehicle and it was not a Honda, I didn’t go back to Gustman to have it addressed. When I got my oil changed for the first time, I had the concern addressed and learned that the “nice new tires” that Gustman put on prior to putting the vehicle for sale were the wrong size! Since this is a safety concern, I’m out the cost of 4 new tires.

These guys are extra helpful they went the extra mile to get my radio working and then some I highly recommend using Gustman for all your import Honda needs

Last week we went to this dealer with an intention to purchase a car as already discussed via email, but after 2 hours of waiting, no papers were processed, as they said no one was able to do it and the car would not be ready for us. So they just took our deposit and rescheduled to process the papers later that week. They didn’t even give us a receipt when we left—we had to go back to ask for a receipt! Anyway, during that week we found a better deal from another dealer, whom went above and beyond—even after hours to make the purchase complete. We then called this dealer for our deposit back but they refused to give us our refund and said they would deduct cleaning fees for the new car. The manager Tim verbally attacked us over the phone, claiming we signed a contract and if they returned our deposit, fees would be deducted. We had to threaten to take legal action because they did not give us any contracts to sign and he needed to prove that, or we’d be taking him to court. So apparently he was not able to prove that so he called us back to come pick up our deposit. I would never come back here again and would never recommend this dealer to anyone because of the way he treated us and try to steal from us. They did not take their time to serve their customer so we took our money somewhere else. If they would have taken their time to give us papers to sign that night, it would have been a done deal. The manager is dishonest and extremely unprofessional. I could go on and quote more of how Tim verbally attacked us—long story short, this dealer lost a customer but Tim acted like a sore loser. Let it be a lesson to your team.

We had such a nice experience there. Easy, no hidden fees, a very fair trade in and the finance team got me a great interest rate. After horrible car shopping experiences you realize how lucky you are when you find a good one!

Business is behind Subaru dealership, if your traveling down college Ave you can easily miss it, you can drive through the suburban lot and behind it you will find the honda dealership. which is hidden, back behind the Subaru dealership. 4 stars because Honda had always been known to stand out, from the state of AZ, and other local Honda shops in the valley, this one is surprisingly difficult to see from a main street.

Purchased a used vehicle from Gustman Honda. I love the vehicle, but as soon as we let the lot the windshield wiper was flapping. And I didn't get a full tank of gas with the purchase.

This was our sixth car that we bought from Gustman Honda. The experience was stress free. Good people to work with --Highly recommended.

Our experience with Gustman Honda and the purchase of our 2021 Civic was fantastic! I can't say enough great things about Tony Nagel and Nicholas Schmit, they were both informative and helpful and made the whole process very smooth and fun. We highly recommend this group and would absolutely buy from them again.

Dan Schell provided an excellent purchasing experience. He was extremely responsive to my calls and emails, coordinated with finance and had the vehicle ready to go when we requested, sparkling clean and full. Calls after the purchase were also promptly returned. The finance manager was well organized and extremely knowledgeable on all options available, handling all our questions immediately. This is our second Honda from Gustman. If we ever need a third, we'll be back!!!

Looking forward to getting 2022 Honda Ridgeline. When I came in I talked with Chad on phone that Friday morning three trucks came available. Came in that afternoon and the two I was interested RTL-E were sold before I got there and they still had RTL available. So I still took it for test drive but decided I would just order RTL-E. Went home and following morning Chad called me It’s your lucky day as one person decided to cancel. Came in Monday morning and made it ours. Everyone I worked with were interested with my wife and I in making this Ridgeline ours. I would definitely recommend Gustman Honda to others and I’m very pleased in our new Ridgeline. Love it

After a rough round 1 at other Honda dealerships in the area, I was relieved to meet Chad Gehr at Gustman's. Surprisingly he made me feel comfortable and able to focus my energy and attention on the car that would be perfect for me. The service center is the worst I have ever been to. They have no communication skills. They told us our part was in, and then proceeded to call us the day of our appointment 20 Minutes before hand when we were already on our way to Appleton to tell us that the part for our vehicle never came in. They already previously tried to make up for poor communication in the past by doing our tire rotation and service test for free. But this is actually the 3rd time of them lacking in communication and having to cancel our scheduled appointment. Very upset.
