Great sales team. Unfortunately due to chip issues or whatever, I had to wait almost four months for my vehicle. The wait was not any fault of the dealership, but I have to say Paul Grass did a great job keeping me updated even when he had nothing to update. When the truck finally came in, I think he was more excited than I was. The dealership did a great job doing their thing so I could pick up the truck a day after they received it. Heck, they were willing to bring the truck to my house to save me a trip. KC was awesome on the closing side. Beth, thank you so much for everything you do.

Everyone was really nice and took the time to introduce themselves and shake my hand. They got me in a vehicle with only a trade. The only complaint is running my credit 11 times to get bank approval and not being told how much my trade in was worth before the paperwork. Overall I would recommend this business.

Over all, very very pleased from the beginning! Joseph, our sales team member, was outstanding! Out of state purchase which took a few days to complete. Sales staff and management was very attentive and quickly responded to my questions and requests. Brent Woodham kept me posted along the process until the delivery of the vehicle. Vehicle was as posted, no surprises when finally seen in person. Will definitely keep Guntersville in mind for any future vehicle purchases, even if they are 10 hours away from home.

My wife and I visited yesterday afternoon (Sat). We were greeted with a warm handshake and a smile. No high pressure tactics, but rather kindness and concern for our needs. We drove a car within 10 min on the lot and decided to buy it. What transpires next is truly amazing. My deal required quite a bit of work, and THE WHOLE finance team worked on it for me. Paul was my salesperson, Nathan in finance and a couple more gentlemen that I can’t remember their names unfortunately worked until Sat nite, after they should have been home with their families to make sure we got a deal that we needed. What I never told them was that if I didn’t get this car, I was about to be without a vehicle, would have lost my job, and most likely ended up homeless with a wife and two children. To say that my experience was just great is an understatement. These men saved my life yesterday, and I’m forever grateful. I came in with a trade in and needed something better on gas mileage and came in on a strict budget. I test drove two vehicles and Sammy, Nathan, and Moody took great care of me! Sammy Aplin was great, he definitely helped us out when we had not so good credit situation! Only complaint is the vehicle I purchased had a mechanical (check engine light) issue before I even left the dealer and am now 4 days after the purchase and still don't have my vehicle. Sammy made sure and gave us a loaner in the meantime though so we are appreciative of that. Overall, great place to purchase a vehicle with a great buying experience and they will do everything they can to get you in a vehicle

Brought my wifes 17 cruze in for an oil change picked it up and now have a check engine light and its not running like it should. Communicated with Jason the service manager and he and his team went above and beyond to help us and resolved the situation quickly. The technician John along with Jason were very easy to deal with an extremely polite. If you have a Chevrolet take it to these guys they care about their customers. This is the real " CHEVY DEALERSHIP 4 Life" for life unlike others that just make that claim loosely.

Last week me and my husband sent a financial application for a beautiful Pontiac Solstice, one of the salesman Dylon text us about helping us thru the process, we did got our credit checked (we got notification), because we live in Decatur he was going to send a video of the car to my husband so we can see it but never did, he also did not get back at us that afternoon. The next day we got a generic email from the GM which I responded, I got a response back from Beth and also text the salesmen to get an update (he did not responded), Beth responded back thru email and mention that the salesmen was off and she will tell him to get back at us and that she was going to check, not sure who dropped the ball but she informed me later that the car was already sold. I wish we had an answer on day one, I could be driving that beautiful car by now. We had the down payment money ready on day one.

This was a very nice place to go if you need a car are want to try get a car , the people there are great people and will help you anyway they can, I think I'm going back and see if they will get me in a little more of a 2014 or 15 and not a 2019 these days are high on cars, I love them but just don't go much and I'm hoping they will as understanding as before cause everyone there was great on helping me thank y'all

I worked 95% online on a 2022 Tahoe. This was a deal where the vehicle delivery was a few weeks out. Summer scheduled me to show up before delivery to sign everything. I honestly spent less than 15 minutes in the dealership and everything was done. I hate car dealerships because of the wait time and time wasted sitting there, but this was a great experience that I'd do again!
