    About a week ago now I had totaled my vehicle by hitting a deer and I had to look for a new vehicle. Anyone that has dealt with insurance or a similar situation knows how frustrating and stressful the situation could be. My father and I spent two days looking for someone trustworthy enough to help us get a good deal on a good car. We finally stopped at Gunn Nissan as our final dealership for the second day and we met Hilary Keahey. She was our sales woman and from the jump expressed how much she cared for our situation. She spent her entire shift taking care of my family and I. We showed up at 2pm and left with my beautiful car before sundown. Hilary got us a vehicle with low mileage at a low payment (gap included) that was practically new. I new from the moment I shook her hand that she was gonna take care of us. If you want the best sales representative on the floor, ask for Hilary.

    Excellent service. Salesman was great, listened to my wants & needs for a new car. Put me in a Pathfinder that I purchased and drove home. Though I had approval from my personal bank, Manager worked out a better deal with a lower APR for me. Finance guy answered all my questions thoroughly going over details. He presented other options giving me the opportunity for more advantages. Everyone was friendly, courteous, & professional. First time at GUNN Nissan but won’t be my last. Thank you all!

    We made an on-line appointment with Gunn Nissan to have basic services done on our 2015 Nissan Murano (oil change, state inspection, tire rotation). Making the appointment was very easy, with a good number of appointments available on almost all days. Arriving at the service department, the service advisor located our appointment on his portable tablet, checked us in, and indicated the service would take about 90 minutes. We opted to wait in their comfortable waiting room and received both texts and phone calls from the service advisor on the progress of the service and identification of recommended additional services (we declined the additional services). The scheduled services were actually completed in less than an hour. A good experience from scheduling through completion.

    Had a great experience at the dealership! I had a previous experience where I was having issues with my battery, and the dealership just have to be close by so I stopped in. They gave me great advice, checked my battery and didn’t charge me a thing. Service was excellent. So, when I learned that my tires had aged poorly and were needing to be changed, I did not hesitate to go to Gunn Nissan. Chuck Neuman and his crew could not have treated me any better. Professional. Courteous. And I got an exceptional value on my tires. Thanks for excellent service and keep up the great work.

    Great experience, nice person on phone for scheduling made an effort to make appointment that worked for me. Mike in the service dept. Pulled all of the recalls and service codes to make sure that the correct and most economical service was dawn. Didn't try to upsell me or talk me into anything extra. Even emailed me a list of services that I might want to have done later. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Gunn for service.

    I had a great experience at Gunn Nissan, especially because of Hector in sales and Joshua in finance. I know it is a sales process, but I didn’t feel pressured in any way, and I never got the sense that they were playing games with me. Yes, it was a sale, but it really felt more like customer service. They were friendly and professional, and Joshua went above and beyond on helping me finish the deal.

    Stay away, horrible service. I got there at 7:20 in the morning for an oil change and a few minor things. By 1 pm I hadn't even received a quote. When I did, prices were absolutely ludicrous. $120 to replace a headlight bulb, $525 to install a replacement light plate (30 second fix), $2850 to replace a proximity sensor... and $650 upfront in diagnostic fees just for the courtesy of receiving these quotes. I was appalled. Kyle the "service" rep failed to schedule my shuttle as agreed to, so I had to pay round trip uber on my own dime. No reimbursement. Gunn Nissan is a total fail, stay far away if you value your hard-earned money.

    I brought a car from Gunn 6 months ago and at 1st was very confident in my purchase. Until I found out that the tires on the car where dry rotted when I took it in for a routine oil change. I've had the car for 6 months and have only put 800 miles on it so when I found out I needed new tires for a vehicle that I barely drive I was extremely disappointed in Gunn Nissan. The tires had good tread but what I didn't know was that the tires had been on the car since 2016 and had dry rotted. Not only was this a dangerous mishap but I'm disabled and have limited income and new tires are expensive. Not only about the tires was I disappointed but about the entire experience, from the price of the vehicle to the customer service. I have purchased 2 vehicle's from Gunn Nissan in my life time and after this past experience I find it difficult to ever purchase another vehicle from them. I know now to check your tires thoroughly no matter where you purchase a vehicle from, even a brand name dealership like Gunn will cut corners to save money even if it puts someone's life in danger.

    I drove 3 hours to purchase a car for my son after speaking with Charles about the car. My son also communicated with Charles about the car. They provided pictures of a dent in the top of the door, but had no explanation on what caused it. When we arrived at the dealership we realized the car had very noticeable hail damage that included a large hole in the plastic below the windshield, 8 dents on the top of the car and several on the top of the trunk. They said they were unaware the car had hail damage. Very disappointed with the lack of honesty and transparency from Gunn Nissan.

    I had the best experience at Gunn Nissan. KJ was an awesome salesman, he kept me updated with my Rogue and he was able to get me in the vehicle i wanted. The customer service overall was great and the financing was a smooth process. I will continue going to Gunn in the future.

    Super helpful. Bought my Nissan from someone else, but there were issues with the exhaust system that kept coming up every month for 4 straight months. Took it to Gunn and they diagnosed the issue immediately, fixed it and had no more issues.

    First of all, I wasn’t planning on buying a vehicle this week, this month or even this year, but with unexpected car issues that happened this week with my car… my stress level was through the roof and very frustrated. I can’t thank Alex Carrera enough for how easy he made this for me and put me at ease. I applied online at night, and Alex contacted me first thing in the morning, asked needed questions and by 4pm that same day after work, I was driving home with the car I very much enjoy. Alex answered all my questions and never once felt overwhelmed with repeated questions. While testing driving, he informed me on details about the vehicle and even his experience with that type of vehicle.     The service rep showed up late to work and was in a bad mood. Didn't seem to care to be there. He wasn't very communicative about the process and, this is only my opinion, didn't really care what was wrong with my vehicle or if it would get fixed. Basically, he did give me any confidence about the whole thing. My fiance and I were planning on buying an SUV from this dealer, but, needless to say, I will definitely not be going back because I don't want to have to deal with their service department in the future. I'm sure not all the reps are like him, but, it definitely ruined it for me.

    I took my 2014 Nissan Titan SV in to get some scheduled and preventative maintenance done before a long trip in Sept 2021. The folks in the service department were friendly and helpful; they worked with me to make sure my concerns were covered, but didn't try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. I'll definitely be returning here for future maintenance and repair needs.

    Why I never buy used! I purchased a "CERTIFIED" pre-owned about a week ago, the next day I hear squeaking in the rear side passanger breaks, a clunking noise when I back out and the wheel is turned. Contacted service took it in, they said it would be about two hours. They come get me and tell me they don't hear anything (as I knew they would say), but that they greased the parts and if I still hear it bring it back. Well the noise is worse than before, can't get in touch with sales or a service manager. So I guess the corporate office is the next step. I will never buy used again Update: I don't know why they respond and say contact them but you can never get a manager on the phone. Once again I drop my car off and nothing. What a rip off. I'll try the BBB and see what happens.

    I took my son’s 2013 Nissan Sentra in because it was stalling in the middle of a drive. We were told the car needed a throttle body, PCV valve and ECM reprogram. Just 1 day later and $1585 spent, the car is worse off. I took the car to an Autozone to have a diagnostic code pulled and was told the mass airflow sensor was the problem. The VERY thing that we were told was fixed. I’m not happy AT ALL. I don’t think the mechanic bothered to test drive the car after the repairs. Surely he would have seen something was NOT RIGHT. If I could give Gunn Nissan a ZERO star rating I would but that was not an option.

    Horrible service in the service department! we have taken our service vehicles there and they take a long time and they never fix anything properly. I do not recommend this dealership for service at all! Stay away form Gunn Nissan Service!

    Why did I wait to dump World Car?!? The service Gunn is the exact opposite. They communicate with you when they say they are, they are upfront with their pricing. They actually covered warranty items instead of ignoring my requests. Truck was clean when it was returned to me. Outstanding work.

    I bought an Altima demo car and it was a great experience. If you enjoy negotiating then Gunn might not be right for you, the price was already the lowest in town and they won't lower it any further. My salesperson Joe was very friendly, accommodating, patient, and professional. He had the car up front in 2 minutes and we we immediately went for a test drive. No BS about coming inside first, or asking "how much do you want your payments to be" etc. The process was easy, fast, and smooth. They did not sneak in any upcharges, IPAC Nissan added $1695 in dealer fees so skip that place! The manager C. Zapata was also very nice and we have the same name so I guess it was meant to be lol. I did not buy the extended warranty, I just added the gap coverage through my insurance. Other dealers kept me waiting, playing games, talking to the manager, trying to pressure me, but none of that happened here. Ask for Joe, he is a genuinely honest and nice person with perfect manners, and he will get things moving along as quickly as possible.

    Just needed regular maintenance, and I was pleased with the attentiveness Ricky Little showed. He even alerted me to some upcoming vehicle needs, but was not at all pushy or aggressive, and I genuinely appreciated that. His customer service was trustworthy, and that's what will encourage me to return to the Broadway location, even though I live closer to a different Nissan dealership that was NOT as supportive.

    Horrible customer service, I spoke to 6 different representatives over the phone just to be told I need to bring my car in and pay $115 to have a diagnosis done on my vehicle. I would have no issue if I was told immediately, Please train your staff better or better yet hire me!

    Frank Wallace is awesome! Leasing a Nissan Altima from Gunn was a very pleasant experience. We have previously purchased three cars from Gunn Nissan and Frank was our salesman for all three. When we decided to lease, we knew Frank could help us with our purchase. Frank found the car we were looking for and kept it in our purchase range. He brought the vehicle to us and we were able to complete the paperwork in our home. Frank was very thorough in explaining service options, online support (NissanConnect app), and unique features of our Altima.     Our experience left us never wanting to purchase another Nissan and definitely never purchasing from Gunn Nissan again. They did not try to accommodate our situation at all but only to place blame on not being able to produce receipts. I’ve owned Honda, Ford, and Chevys, and I have NEVER had to produce receipts to have my warranty validated.

    I love Gunn Nissan, my experience today was not a good one. Went in for oil, filter and tire rotation. Plus some added items to take care of. But did not get the pressure of my tires checked or window washer fluid filled. I know these are minor things, but with dealing with the loss of my spouse these items mean a big deal for me. Full service means full service.

    I was not told how service worked and I parked far behind a line and walked into the the service area. That was not a necessary step and still not sure what I need to do if I need service again. When I first walked into the service area, no acknowledged me and there were several people standing around talking to each other. Then a gentleman saw me waiting and had someone immediately help me. After that the experience was wonderful. Update.... went back again and was ignored once again in the bay area. I had to walk inside and this time no one acknowledged me. I watched a guy who passed me without saying a word to me, go sit in the Bay area. I walked out after another min or two because I was trying to wait for someone to help me inside. Really a shame how the guy that walked outside walked passed me, was the person who should have helped me.

    Noel made sure I was taken care of from day one. It took a few months of searching but he was the most diligent out of any other dealership I went to. All his suggestions were on point but me being picky didn’t help his cause. Finally we found the right fit, and possibly saved me from getting into the money pit I was originally looking to get into. The buying process was quick and Hilary made sure I was taken care of during that process. Mo gave me the best amount for my trade in and insured I would leave happy. Finally they are taking care of the little issues o has with the car as most dealerships would just sell as is. This one came with a 3 month limited warranty!!! Can’t beat that. Once I can get into the new Z I will be back here for that purchase!

    My husband and I in contact with a salesperson from Gunn Nissan by the name of Manny. We wanted to see if we would be able to trade our vehicle. We don’t live in the San Antonio area so we wanted to see if we could come up with a deal before driving 3 1/2 hours to San Antonio. My husband emails pictures of the vehicle to the sales person to show the car. Get a text saying to call back to a specific number and the person my husband talks to isn’t Manny but someone who knows the situation. The person was very rude and has no customer service skills what so ever. I mean just tell us you can’t strike up a deal or don’t want to work with us instead of being very rude and lying by saying you’ll call us back. Whoever my husband spoke to was very unprofessional and rude.

    Jhon A. n Mohammed where very friendly and helpful.My experience was good overall and afterwards.The car 🚗 at delivery was not very clean but taking care of mostly..They been quick to help and so far a place I can trust..I hope I feel the same years to come..The service department let me down. Damaged my car hood on a oil change, tried to pass off a poor fix and argued with the repair I requested on a car with less than 10k .Nearly $1500 in damages..I can't trust them to use common sense for basic service or care for my vehicle.A lack of quality or care for there customers vehicle ..

    Apt was for routine oil and tire rotation; Nissan was very busy this day but my service was done fairly quickly (approx 1.5 hrs); few weeks after my service i opened car hood to check oil level; first thing i noticed was oil all over the manifold and other areas of engine; even small pool of oil in bolt housing next to oil cap; tried to open oil cap to clean area but cap is on so tight cannot remove; i spent about 30 mins cleaning up oil; took pics to show Nissan at next visit or sooner if oil residue is a result of cracked oil cap (will know when i drive car in future; hopefully not)

    Bought a used Nissan Frontier from a local mom and pop lot for my son. Took it in to Gunn Nissan to catch it up on all the services it needed. My advisor John Vasquez was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They changed pretty much every fluid in the truck, did plugs and a tune up, took care of some minor issues like replacing the power window control panel on drivers side, upper/lower radiator hoses and thermostat. There were a few snags with their automated estimate system but John quickly tabulated everything by hand and we were good to go. The work took several days as it was a lot of work and I would have liked to be kept a little better informed about the progress. That is a trivial complaint however as John and the crew at Gunn did a first class job on the repairs. The truck ran far better when we picked it up than when we dropped it off. Everything was smoothed out and running like a top. I will definitely do all dealer related work on the Frontier with John and Gunn in the future.

    My wife and I stopped in to check their current inventory of trucks. We found two that we liked and we were given the time and opportunity to evaluate both and compare. No pressure tactics and no pushing. Our salesman Mr. Alvarez couldn't have been more accommodating. The whole process flowed fairly smoothly and aside from the usual time spent authorizing the sale through the credit and the financial process, this was a first time experience that was well received from this dealership.     Charles J is a very honest professional salesman. He knows about the vehicles and answers everything he can. He is the type that if he doesn't know the answer then he will go find out for you. We have been dealing with MANY other dealerships where the salesmans are pushy, rude, dishonest and very unprofessional. You know the type that just stereotype the customer right away and just want the sale without caring what the customer wants. Gunn Nissan is the type of dealership that is doing the safety precautions during this pandemic for the customers and their staff. Of course you will find that one salesman that wears his mask under his chin but yet wants the sale. Don't worry about that salesman. Go with Charles J and he will help you find your next vehicle.

    Took our vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation, and state inspection. We had scheduled the appointment ahead of time so we could just wait there for the vehicle. After 1 1/2 hours we saw the vehicle up on the service rack with nobody working on it. When we confronted the service rep about it, he stated that they had gotten “slammed” with customers and it would be at least another half hour. What!!?? We had scheduled our appointment in advance, so why would this make any difference for our service? Further investigation found that upon our arrival, they had not even checked us in!! We have always had good experience with Gunn in the past, but this visit was a total farce. Even though we have been loyal customers for many years, if they don’t get their act together, we won’t be back.

    I went in to Gunn Nissan for service for the first time. My service advisor Ricky was extremely helpful and made sure to show me the waiting area since it was my first time at the dealership. He pointed out the free coffee and vending machines for snacks and restrooms as well. There was a window where I could see them working on my vehicle. My service advisor Ricky was up front about the wait time which was slightly longer than I expected, but my vehicle was done in half that time! Very happy with my experience, and I wasn’t bombarded with any unnecessary work that needed to be done to my vehicle! I will definitely be coming back for future services.

    Not sure what it is with car service departments but they struggle with the small stuff, and it is the stuff that I notice. If you check my tire pressure put the dang valve caps back on. All 4 checked and all 4 missing. My dad would have whooped you for that, true story. And it makes me wonder if they miss these items, what else are they forgetting. In their defense it has happened at every dealership that I have had my vehicles at in San Antonio. I had to buy in bulk.

He has been taking care of me from the beginning and treats me and my vehicle like we were both brand new. My vehicle is over 9 years old and it's in great condition because I take it there and only there for everything. I trust John and the advice he gives me and I trust the work done there.     My first used vehicle purchase from Gunn, but I have previously leased 4 other vehicles from them. Gunn provided an accurate CarFax report and information on all repairs completed by them to ensure the vehicle was in quality condition for sale. Gunn allowed me to test dive and inspect the vehicle on my terms. Our sales person Charles was extremely knowledgeable of how the vehicle worked and demonstrated several features to get me comfortable with the purchase. The dealership provided a limited warranty, plus an extended warranty that I was able to purchase. Gunn also has a 48 hour return policy, no questions asked. The process was smooth and I felt no pressure in buying. I have trusted this dealership for 12 years and will continue to have them service my new used vehicle. Service department and finance department are very professional.

    The service advisor did not bother to take any time explaining anything to me. He gave me a sheet of recommended work and did not explain any of the technicians findings. He did not tell me what was observed or recommendations. I also told him there was a recall on my vehicle and he told me there wasn’t despite me looking up my VIN and seeing that there was. Customer service definitely sucks. You need to spend more time explaining what’s going on with your customers.

    I dropped my car on a Friday and was told it would be ready on Monday. I got called late Monday ans was told they didn't have all the parts yet but it would be ready the next day. I heard nothing the next day so I called and kept getting blind transferred to my service person's voicemail only to find out later that my service person was out for the day and my part STILL wasn't in. I don't think I would have been contacted at all if I hadn't been persistent in trying to get through to someone. This was 5 days for me without a car and no urgency to get anything done or communicate with me. That is completely unacceptable, not to mention the amount of money you were charging for the work outside of thev recalls. I said if you were going to keep my car, I needed a loaner and was told I needed to put a credit card on file for that. As if I should give you the option to charge me because you couldn't stick to your own schedule!! I did finally get the service manager to move things around and get the needed parts from another dealership I guess, but I shouldn't have had to go through all of that. I went to Gunn because of its good reputation, but I honestly don't get where your good reputation comes from. I might not have great options when it comes to dealer-specific service, but I'll do a lot more research to find better options before I come back to you again.

    Amazing job from Gun Nissan. My vehicle was towed to the dealership with no problems. My sales representative Mike, kept in contact with me at all times and notified me of what was happening with my vehicle. The service only lasted a day! When I picked up my vehicle, everyone I spoke with greeted me with a friendly and welcoming smile. I normally hate going into dealerships but Gunn Nissan definitely changed my mind. I highly recommend them and I will be returning in the future if my vehicle needs anything.

    I took my 2018 Nissan Frontier in to get the oil changed. It was completed promptly and I drove it home. I returned 2 or 3 weeks later because it was leaking oil and staining my driveway. I told my service writer what was going on and asked them to check the tightnesses of the drain plug. After some time passed my service writer told me that the leak was coming from the oil pan seal which they would replace with no cost to me. This was done, I drove home and the next morning my truck was still leaking oil. I took my truck back for a 3rd time, (supposed to be the charm), same service writer, they looked at my truck again and told me that the oil pan itself was warped and had to be replaced but it would have to be ordered. I left my truck overnight and they replaced the oil pan, again at at no cost to me. Once again I picked it up and drove back home and once again it’s still leaking oil on my driveway. I really do appreciate all that they have done for me and as soon as my schedule permits I will take it back to the service dept and maybe they might be able to finally fix the problem. Oh, did I mention that it before I took it in for the oil change that my driveway was clean and my truck wasn’t leaking oil?

    Took my vehicle in for transmission diagnostic when I arrived service advisor David Dyer was very rude and unprofessional and also did not communicate anything regarding the status update of my car. Dropped car at 7:30 had to wait until 230 in which I had to reach out to find out the status update in which they told me I needed to replace my CVT transmission $5000 Paid $150 for a diagnostic in which they didn’t diagnose anything because all he did was go off of the original symptoms they brought it in for. As soon as I left I went home and checked the transmission fluid realize that it was low fix my own car transmission did not need to be replaced so I don’t understand how they charged me for a service in which they didn’t even check the transmission fluid nor run diagnostic $115 down the drain. Oh yeah I add transmission fluid to my car and driving perfect and no more issues so I basically fix my car myself and pay them to do nothing besides try to scam me out of $5000

    Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and also for a minor concern/noise my Frontier had been making for a few weeks. They took care of the problem quickly and were honest about it. Can't ask for more from the service department! Kind and courteous!

    Just an overall amazing experience, from the service center to the sales department. Took my 2012 nissan to get serviced, Roland told me let's get it diagnosed to see what issues maybe under the hood. Very friendly very Profesional. Left the car with them and decided to look at the vehicles they had there. Darren opens the door and greets us with a huge smile and asked if we needed help. We were honest from the beginning and said we were just looking, that didn't stop him from letting us look and getting keys so we can look at the cars from the inside. He showed us an amazing certified Rogue that just hit every check mark on items that we were looking for on a new vehicle if we wanted to buy. We told Darren let's start a deal, then Moe (the Moegician) got us a great deal within our budget. These guys did everything to help us, never once said, "we can't do that or that isn't going to work". They got to work and did an amazing job. My wife loves the new car, our little girl loves the color. We are just so thankful with having been able to work with them and not been pushed into a car we didn't like or that we didn't want.

    Sir Gabriel De La Garza was exceptional. I had placed a reservation on a 22’ Rogue Plat, but expressed interest in a Pathfinder Plat. Gabe called me as soon as a Pathfinder was available by virtue of a customer that had one on reservation backed out. He called and texted me to try to get a hold of me. I drive home with that truck two hours later. I can’t thank him enough.

    Well the reason I’m giving the rating I did is because there really wasn’t a detailed explanation in person or on paper. All the service advisor said they had to remove the compressor to change the alternator, and that was it. Bam! $1,700. I would’ve like a detailed itemized summary on my invoice that way I know how much each process cost.

    I have already shared my experience on my last visit on February 25th. Felicia, my service person is the best! It was cold that day when I arrived so I didn't expect anyone to be outside. However, Felicia was waiting for me because no sooner had I pulled up she came out. The requested maintenance was done faster than I expected and my car runs great! Perhaps in the future, you can only send a survey out once. This makes the 3rd time for the last visit that I have responded. I am not doing it again for this same visit.

    Had my car first day was told i’d have an update in five hours. Nine hours later had to keep calling to get an update. They had to keep it an additional day cause they were busy which is fair. They fixed it and I got it yesterday and today it’s broken again same issue. Left message for tech and no call back yet and now I’m without my car and my rental.

    After months of searching for this specific car. An orange copper V8 390hp FX50S! With only 10-20 of these on the market at any given time, most of them are very high mileage (above 100k) for around 18-20k. Somehow, Gunn Nissan got a hold of this one (pictured below) with only 67k miles! One owner! Super clean, I'm from Chicago and was very skeptical, got in contact with Hilary Keahey in sales, she was very polite and was very helpful about the entire process, answering all the nitpicking questions I had about the cars condition and service history. I flew out to Texas and conveniently they are located across the highway from the airport.! Getting to the dealer was a breeze, I was acknowledged and tended to almost immediately, i was in and out with my new car in less than 2 hours! I was very hesitant at the end of the paperwork because I was offered an extended warranty for about 2k, which I saw as a waste of money but after talking to the finance manager and the benefits, I ended up getting it. Little did I know, after driving back all the way from Texas, the car started having a squeeking noise from the front suspension after 1000 miles of driving. Took the car in to my local infiniti dealership. The repair was worth 1000 bucks. The extended warranty paid for the whole thing. The service was great. The price was the CHEAPEST IN THE COUNTRY! The inventory is of the highest quality standard. The service offered was very comforting and inviting. Flying across the country for these people just made sense. Here I am, months later, happy as I can be with my purchase. I've purchased cars from other dealerships and have went home with the car and then felt like the dealership got the better end of the deal. Not this time. I found out the entire sales team at Gunn doesn't work for commission, therefore they give you their absolute best and lowest price from the start. Whenever. Ready for another car, this will be the first place I'll start looking.

    After receiving a text message for a FREE oil & filter change due to the hood latch recall I handled back in November. I made an appt, arrived 10 min early just to be turned away because that text message only applies to people who haven’t handled their recall yet. I understand the point is to show value to the customers who come in for their recall so what’s the point in turning me away? I don’t understand. I’m highly dissatisfied with the service and the service attendants who greeted me like I was cheap for coming in for a free oil change by text. Originally saying “it’s not usual for us to send text messages about those sort of things” “we don’t do that here” when I clearly had a text message in my hand with proof.

    I went to get my oil changed and tires rotated. The service advisor was Felicia Aragon. She was very nice,fully explained everything and answered all my questions. It took about an hour which was shorter than what was expected. I was totally satisfied and highly recommend Gunn Nissan for all your service needs. I went in on this past Saturday March 26th. I wanted my oil changed,tires rotated and the front and rear wiper blades replaced. I also wanted my battery holddown tightened. The battery was replaced on my previousservice. I paid $500 for a new battery and they couldn't even tighten the hold down. I was not very happy. I would have gone back sooner but it is a distance from my home. picked up my vehicle later that day. I did not check the wipers or anything. I went to clean my rear window on Sunday and when I lifted the wiper arm the new blade fell on the ground. I just looked at it for a second in disbelief and thought is this really happening. The wiper arm was broken. I called them on Monday and took it back in on Tuesday. The technician stated it was not broken when he finished and thought it may have been caused by their car wash. I specifically told them not to wash my vehicle because of previous issues such as a broken taillight lens. They did not wash it so that theory is out. They did replace the arm and wiper. I have had issues on my two last service's. I really feel their service department is not up to standards and I will probably be going to another Nissan dealer. I plan on trading this vehicle in for a newer vehicle in about six months. I don't believe it will be a Nissan and if it is I will not be buying it there. I say if you go there for service be sure and check everything very well.

    Update: Service. there service team is incompetent. Completely botched a wheel alignment, not once but twice. No reason to go here! Sales They get two stars for their inventory and facility, they get docked 3 because their sales force doesn't know the product well and they don't want you to know that other vehicles they want to bring in from another lot are already cheaper directly. no need to work through them; although the no haggle schtick can be helpful for those completely afraid of the process. That said, I’ve consistently found them to be exorbitantly over what you can get at other dealerships even those that don't guarantee no haggle, their Internet pricing are even far better; ended up using Burelson outside for Ft. Worth @ $5k under what Gunn wanted for the same vehicle.

    Great service, fast when parts are available. Service management made sure to keep in contact as able. When I picked up my vehicle, though, it was retrieved from the yard, dusty as it had been sitting when picked up next day from call.

    I do not live in TX but am here temporarily and stopped into Gunn Nissan to get my 370Z serviced. Jason Sanchez was more than accommodating and was EXACTLY what I looked for in a service representative. Does not try to sell me additional services, listens to exactly what I need and had me on my way as soon as possible. I have been to multiple Nissan dealerships throughout the country and even the other ones here in San Antonio [extremely unpleasant experiences] and Gunn Nissan has been by far, the best experience I have had. Thanks again Jason for keeping everything simple and to the point. Will return again.

    I was contacted by someone to see a car and we set up a time to meet and when I got there and asked for the person they said to ask for, the guy was clueless and didn’t know who I was. I went in having my financing done already and it only took about 2 hours to drive off with the car. Before sitting down and signing everything, I asked about the screen used for the radio and everything cause it is pretty much unresponsive and doesn’t work, they said that it would be checked to see if it could be fixed and if not then it would be replaced. So I went in a couple days later for them to check it out, and no one there knew anything about having my screen checked out. Eventually they went to take a look and they said that it would need to be replaced, and they would follow up with me to set a time to do it. It’s 4 days later now and no one has contacted me to follow up at all. I suggested negotiating there “one simple price” but they would not go back on that and haven’t done what they said they would do at the price I bought it for.

    ABSOLUTELY love this location!!! The staff is super friendly & a clean facility. Scheduling my appt with Margie over the phone was super easy & she understood everything I needed. The night before my appt, I was able to drop off my car with friendly greetings upon arrival. Luckily, FELICIA was there and was able to handle everything. I request Felicia everytime cause she is wonderful at her job & knows how to get things DONE! The day of my service, I was kept informed with emails & links and Felicia even gave me a call! When I went to pick up my vehicle, it was spotless and all the services were completed and met. It really felt like I picked up a brand new car!!! ASK for Felicia & you will be more than satisfied 🔥🔥🔥💛💛💛 Yay!!!

    Roland is phenomenal! He is always respectful and informative. Not to mention, he always takes time to answer my all crazy questions about my rouge :) I can’t thank him enough for everything he has done to make my experience with this Nissan better.     This is my 3rd Altima..so clearly I love the model and upgrades Nissan has been doing in the past 15 years. As far as dealing with Gunn Nissan..the Only reason we came back to Gunn is Frank Wallace. He is an exceptional sales person and knows how to treat his customers.

    Not sure what it is with car service departments but they struggle with the small stuff, and it is the stuff that I notice. If you check my tire pressure put the dang valve caps back on. All 4 checked and all 4 missing. My dad would have whooped you for that, true story. And it makes me wonder if they miss these items, what else are they forgetting. In their defense it has happened at every dealership that I have had my vehicles at in San Antonio. I had to buy in bulk.

    The only reason we wouldn't return for service is that we traveled almost 90 miles to get there. :-) Honestly, the entire process was just above and beyond. We drove from north of Austin because you had the Rogue we wanted. KJ was AMAZING. Mohammad was equally FANTASTIC. Both stayed late. And when telecheck didn't approve our check payment for the car (LAME!) for whatever reason, they were very patient and delivered the car the next day - TO LEANDER! And KJ didn't just drop it off, he demo'd the features, paired my wife's phone, the whole nine yards. We couldn't believe the level of white glove service we experienced. My wife has been shopping for a car for awhile now and we've had people make appointments and then after we drive hundreds of miles they are closed at the appointment time. We've had sales people who didn't know their product. And lots of people just don't care. I will absolutely recommend your dealership. It was a great experience. Thank you!

    These guys were painful to talk to. The sales manager talked down to me about addendums, and how other dealers add them but don’t tell you. They actually added on and inflated the MSRP of a Pathfinder by $6k, and lowballed my trade in by $4k, essentially padding the transaction by 10 grand. The goal here is to take advantage of the current low inventory and gouge the customer. When I asked them to itemize the 6k over MSRP I was first misdirected, then ghosted. I honestly have no idea how they have this many good reviews. The salesperson and manager gave me different numbers each time I talked to them and we’re rarely on the same page, and when I asked for a an itemized quote in writing/via email or text, the sales person said “Why? I mean we told you the numbers, right?”. None of the transparency, best price, best value on trade in values they tout on their website were actually practiced by the 2 I spoke to. Horrible, horrible, horrible. I’ve been driving Nissans for over 10 years, and can happily recommend McGavock in San Marcos, Nissan or Victoria or Nissan of College Station. You will save thousands and be treated with the respect you’ll sorely miss at Gunn.

    My husband and I in contact with a salesperson from Gunn Nissan by the name of Manny. We wanted to see if we would be able to trade our vehicle. We don’t live in the San Antonio area so we wanted to see if we could come up with a deal before driving 3 1/2 hours to San Antonio. My husband emails pictures of the vehicle to the sales person to show the car. Get a text saying to call back to a specific number and the person my husband talks to isn’t Manny but someone who knows the situation. The person was very rude and has no customer service skills what so ever. I mean just tell us you can’t strike up a deal or don’t want to work with us instead of being very rude and lying by saying you’ll call us back. Whoever my husband spoke to was very unprofessional and rude.

    So let me say first, car dealer reviews are often subjunctive, but my review is based on general experience. I originally went here to look at a car I saw online. Saw it, wasn't my thing after all, and looked at others. Darren G. was my salesman and you can tell immediately he cares about customers and isn't just about pure numbers. Even when it wasn't clear if I was getting something or not, he brought me out a water. Small act, but how kind is that? I did wind up buying something, but I might've been less inclined to keep looking around here if the service was bad.     JT was a big help and helping me with my car he explained everything so I could understand it. When I didn’t understand what he was talking about he would show me pictures of what was wrong with my car and what needed to be fixed. And he kept me updated during everything and even I got my car inspected and had a car wash. I’m not going to Nissan gun because they always are her helpful and very polite and everything they help you out. Thank you

    For some odd reason while having an oil change, the service department had my tires over inflated at 40-41 lbs. They also stated that my battery test failed, yet have no indication of any issues. Tested at home with 12.57V. Apparently, beginning to show signs, but should not be identified as a Failed Battery? Finally, i was informed that they had to perform a recall adjustment for the hood latch that was already performed by An ira Nissan over 5 months ago.. Almost forgot,, the invoice stated that a complimentary car wash was performed, but was not.
