Christa, Maria and Jordan in the Crescent City Office have always been very professional going beyond to help as much as possible. I have had some difficult sellers and buyers and the ladies have always been able to work out any problems. Gullett Title is very lucky to have such a wonderful group of employees I have used them since they moved to Crescent City and really appreciate them.

Recently I had the opportunity to use Gullett Title services. My mother had passed away and we sold her home and selected Gullett for the closing. Phyllis was our closing agent. As she was preparing the closing documents she discovered a glitch in the warranty deed. It appeared the scheduled closing would be delayed and possibly jeopardize the sale of the house. Mr. Gullett jumped right in and developed a plan that allowed us to close on schedule without a hitch. Ms Johnston put the final touches on the closing with the final check. I can only tell you these are professionals; each in their field of expertise. They are courteous, understanding, patient, and total customer satisfaction is their GOAL. Highly recommend them if you need an EXCELLENT experience in a somewhat complicated real estate sale. They have your BACK.

Much like the other reviews for the Palatka location, both Dave Rose and Terra Tibbs do an excellent job of describing what you can expect from this title company. This company is very negligent of the handling of information and communication. Expect long delays. My wife and i also have had to deal with Phyllis as our closer and have spoken only once over the phone after a serious overlook of material took place on their part 24 hrs to closing, causing yet another setback on closing and costing us time and money. We've made multiple phone calls throughout this process and nearly everytime get the run around that somebody isnt in the office or they cant seem to find them even though the building itself doesnt take up much more than 1000 sq feet. We called another company out of St Augustine and they confirmed the negligence of the staff we are working with and claimed they could have us closed in 24 hours at this stage and i believe it based on their responsiveness. Dont expect any from Gullett title. Worked with other title companies before and never felt so left in the dark during what by many is considered a very serious matter on the handling of money, and life transitions during the moving process. Save yourself the same hassle and frustration by staying clear of gullett title.

Gullett Title is the best! Closed all my Putnam County deals with Gullett. Recently moved to Lake County. Tried several Title Offices in that area. None comes close to Gullett Title.
