Gulf Winds Credit Union E 9 Mile Rd, Pensacola

Tried to open an account with Gulf Winds Credit Union online and never received a call from them to complete the process. When I called them, they had some bogus information from 2011 and I was not even in this State during that time. The girl tried searching and couldn't confirm anything. With that confusion and complete lack of customer service, I declined to go further. Who would want their banking handled in a place like this????? NOT ME! EDIT: Gave FIVE STARS because this was ALL resolved with the Manager calling me after I complained. Good people! They actually DO care.

Great credit union if you're in the Gulf Coast region with excellent rates and top tier customer service. They're also known for RV loans... I think I'll apply for one with them soon...

I was looking for a car loan and Gulf Winds were very competitive! It took me two months to find the vehicle and numerous inquiries but Gulf Winds were very patient with me. I would have to say that my experience with their rep Kim Glass was the best ever!! I'm transferring my bank savings to this credit union, I appreciate the way I was treated throughout. Very pleased with all that the credit union has done for us. They are very helpful and understanding. I would highly recommend. I also asked the employee, how they are treated. She informed me that they are well taken care of and that the company really appreciates them. I was very happy to hear that.

We have been customers of Gulf Winds FCU and have had nothing but great service was called by Debra S to see if we wanted to refinance our 2 cars and they blew the competition out, saved us alot on both vehicles. Thanks GWFCU, we appreciate you

From opening new accounts, to taking out loans, to just treating us like her best friend. She is one awesome person. She made out experiences most enjoyable.
