I had the absolute pleasure of working with Kevin Ignacio😃. Changing insurance companies is always a hassle 🫤. I called and spoke to Kevin and he went out his way almost like he dropped everything he was doing to help me and I am sure there is lots to do, but he made sure to not only give me a renters insurance policy, but was also able to provide me with different bundle options. So I let him give me quotes and ended up also getting my vehicle insurance with renters insurance. Guess what? He ended up SAVING me more money and have MORE coverage 👏. Last week I called this location in regards to car insurances, and the very sweet Johanna assisted me right away. She was very welcoming and knowledgeable of all the services. She explained everything as many times and I needed, and made sure that my concerns were addressed. She was patient and amicable with me, I never felt like I had to commit right away, on the contrary, she allowed me to review things and make the best decision for my family. Johanna is amazing! I have had such a terrible experience with the claims department and reached out to the Agency for help. I was lucky enough to reach Johanna and as soon as I explained my issues, she immediately reached out to the claims department, stayed on the line the entire time and made sure I was on the road to resolution. She even offered to call the claims/tow department the next day to follow up on the issue on my behalf.
