I started my house hunting journey the beginning of this year and unfortunately when i first started the process we weren't in the right hands. Thankfully we were referred to Ross and his team and it has been the best experience working with them. They are so helpful and kind. Answered all of our questions and are very professional. My family was able to buy our first home all thanks to this amazing team. We are for ever grateful for all of their help. I will definitely recommend Ross and team to anyone but specially first time home buyers that don't know what they are doing and have alot of questions like i did. 😊

We highly recommend Ross Barrett and his terrific team at Guild Mortgage. Our loan for an investment property was very complicated, however Ross and his team pulled it off seamlessly (and secured the best rate)! The buyer's market is extremely tricky and Ross helped to make our purchase offer the most competitive by adhering to a very quick closing date and offering to speak to the seller to confirm our eligibility. I am convinced we would not have been able to secure the property with out his expertise.

Ross and his team were extremely helpful during the gone buying process. As a first time home buyer I had so many questions and Ross was able to answer them all. He was very responsive time wise and did not get annoyed when I asked the same question about 6 different ways so that I could fully understand. We were first-time buyers and had a great experience with Ross. He explained everything thoroughly but didn't talk down to us...tough to do! We really got the sense that he wanted us to understand our loan product and make a good financial decision for our family. but really, what matters is getting the loan closed and follow-through. He nailed that too! We had comparison shopped, and Ross had the best rates for us, and he stuck to them and closed quickly. We couldn't ask for more from a lender.
