We have used Bob Krueger several times over the course of 10 years with our investment properties as well as my sons personal home and he's always done an excellent job. Although we have never met him in person we feel we can pick up the phone and know we will get excellent service. He always gets back to us promptly when we leave a message and often he answers immediately which is very important to us. We feel he is professional and can answer any mortgage questions we have .
