She's very knowledgeable, organized and straightforward, which I appreciate as a former loan officer myself, and has delivered everything that she's promised. I have also had a good experience with Shelby Rothe who has processed my loans and done a great job keeping me updated with weekly phone calls. I highly recommend Portia, Shelby and Guild Mortgage!
