I bought a condo in James Island last July. I was living in New Jersey at the time. Megg Robb and her team worked diligently to make it happen for my closing. Working side by side with Caroline, was a pleasure. You can imagine working from out of state, the difficulties that we may have incurred, but they know they're business, and made any hurdles we encountered manageable. I still get emails from them from time to time, which makes me feel like they haven't forgotten about me. One of the nicest ones I got was last Thanksgiving that said, " stop by the office and pick up your homemade pie for the holiday". I thought that to be such a great gesture. But the nicest thing they did was, one day I got a package in the mail, it was from them, and inside was the softest, most comfortable blanket with my name embroidered on it and Home Sweet Home. Such a lovely gift. I use it all the time. I can't thank Megg Robb, Caroline, and all the people that work there, enough for making my dream of home ownership, and becoming a Charlestown resident, a reality. I will truly do business with them for life. I highly recommend anyone else to do so as well. Thanks again, for everything you did for me.

Meg Robb was very atentive, and she was quick to respond to any and all questions I had. Meg was also a calming force when some bumps in the road popped up! She always made me feel she was working hard for me. Thank you Meg!!!

Up front communication could have been better on what the underwriter wants. Examples include: -Any deposits into a checking account needs justification -A written document describing the purpose of purchasing a house -Requests for bank statements before they are available to download An up front checklist would be better than two or three information request every day.
