I have worked with Lynne twice in the past 5 years. She helped my family with our first home buying process and then with our recent refinance. Both experiences were wonderful and really easy. She is super knowledgeable and is so willing to answer any questions. I also really appreciate that she never makes you feel like your asking a silly question. Her responsiveness is impressive, we never had to wait more than 24 hrs to hear back from her or her team. I HIGHLY recommend Lynne and RMS! The pricing Lynne gave me was competitive with the other lenders I checked with, and she responded to requests and questions quickly and fully.
