Lorrie has been nothing short a blessing TWICE!!! Yes she helped us with 2 home purchases! I’ve kept her on speed dial for over 10 years now!! Seamless process both times!! Lorrie was absolutely wonderful when it came time to refinancing our home. She always had time to answer any questions we had. We started to work with her in July. After she hit our credit she went M.I.A. and did not call us back or leave any message for weeks. If we had never called her to ask her whats going on, she wouldn’t have ever called us back. Also, our credit was hit twice. Once by her and then again by another company which she works with for whatever reason. Lorrie womble was very unprofessional and unorganized. Could get a hold of any one else in the firm as well and when i contacted customer service to try and get help, they left a message for lorrie to address the situation when she was the situation!? She followed up saying she will have our info transferred over to another loan officer within the company but nobody has contacted us and its been weeks.

Lorrie and her Team, are nothing but a huge blessing to my Family. They helped us through our Mortgage process and made it seamless. They were patient with us been first time home buyers. Always quick to respond to your requests and very honest and transparent. Such an amazing Team

Lorrie Womble was the worst. We was supposed to purchase our home on a certain timeline which she assured us that it could be done. We completed everything as requested but in return we got ignored phone calls/texts, disregarded emails and ended up losing money and our home.
