Promises to look into the problem, never did. Communication is horrible. Turned around the problem to make it my fault.

The worst person or company I contacted them and applied for a loan. They are not professionals to give a honest and fast answer. Three weeks ago I completed my application sending documents and I never heard of them, I left messages, texts and they never answer back. Irresponsible and unprofessional.
