Heath and his team are great to work with. As a first time home buyer, his team was responsive, professional, and helped reduce some of the anxiety that came with purchasing our first home. This made the decision to refinance with Guild Mortgage that much easier 18 months later. We will be using Heath Keller and his team for our next home purchase.

We used Heath and his assistants in 2019 for a home mortgage on our current home. As with any mortgage there’s always hoops to jump through, you need this or you need that. I will say this team helps you! They walk you through the process every step of the way. His partner Amanda is amazing and the communication great. It was a great experience! Well it was a no brainer when we decided to look for a new home to call Heath at Guild Mortgage. I wanted to get pre approved and have my ducks in a row beforehand. Again, no issues. Now that we found a new place we’re continuing to process the loan. I will say it helps to have your own personal financials in order to speed the process along. This helps you when they need certain information. Applying for a loan is stressful to begin with so why not use a company like Guild Mortgage to ease the stress by really working with their clients to help them in this process.
