Alex and Mary are excellent! They are both very knowledgeable. They explain everything as they goes through the documents with you. Always ask if you have any questions as they guide you through the process. They continue to keep you updated. They are prompt for appointments. I had a wonderful experience working with both of them. As you come into the office you are greeted with warm "Hello", you are offered choice of beverages. I give them 5 Stars!
