I am a first time home buyer, single parent to two great girls. I was hesitant on filling out the application to get started, but after a month or so, I finally figured "why not, what is the worst that can happen!?". Soon as I filled it out Jason promptly responded and told me I was close, but needed to do a couple things. I was so excited to hear that my homeownership was way closer than I had imagined. Jason ran scenarios through his simulator and was able to tell me exactly what I needed to do. I did my part, and then he did a rapid rescore to get me right where I need to be. He was very responsive and patient with me throughout the process. I will use Jason / Team Russell on all future financing... they were AWESOME!
