Nearing the closing date, we were out of the country, and Morgan went above and beyond to help us meet all the requirements before that deadline. We recently obtained a mortgage from guild. They were initially nice and helpful. It soon became an experience from hell. We were constantly resending information. Towards the end of the process we complained and talked to a manager. They apologized and promised they would make it right. It was nothing more than lip service. We ended up closing late. Then to top it off we waited in the escrow office for our loan officer, Tara, to show up. She never informed anyone that she wouldn’t be showing up. This was a horrible experience and I would encourage everyone to avoid this place.
