Me and my husband bought our first home almost 8 months ago. All of the paperwork and process was a bit scary, but Amanda @guild in Boise has been AMAZING. Even though the loan has been moved to Idaho housing, she still answers all of my questions very promptly and helps me every time I get a letter in the mail regarding taxes/payments. This is not something she is required to do, but does anyways which I really appreciate. If anyone is looking for someone to help with home loans, I strongly recommend her!
